This is very much decoupled at $2,800 (based on FCF metrics) and yet Gold is now nearing $4,200!

Pepas just the beginning. Orosur has many other fish to fry: Pepas North (a few 100m to the north) has even more impressive surface geochem but only 3 holes have been drilled so far. APTA, with 38,000m of historical drilling and intercepts such as 40m at 14.09g/t Au could be moved to resource status with minimal drilling. Soil sampling has recommenced at El Cedro which offers large-scale CuAu porphyry potential which in time may be of interest to majors, in our view. Over in Argentina, Orosur has a 560km2 footprint in Argentina’s Deseado Massif at the El Pantano Au-Ag project (pathway to 100% ownership) - early-stage blue sky but located between Newmont’s Cerro Negro and AngloGold’s Cerro Vanguardia mines. Maiden drilling is set to kick off in October.

Agreed, it’s a notable point. Having 1 would be decent but having 2 is pretty exciting stuff right now.

Just looking at the recent results and a few more comments. Peak results like 4.18% and 3.86% WO₃ are exceptional and ultimately comparable to bonanza zones in top deposits. TW UK deposit has an average resource of 0.18% but with local highs >2%.

SML have the polymetallic bonus too though. Cu (up to 1.42%) provides diversification; in W-dominant systems and important as can cover 20–50% of processing costs.

Onto Widths and Several >6 m intervals suggest disseminated/skarn-style mineralization which is obviously better for tonnage than narrow veins.

Depth consistency hits from 439–562 shows vertical continuity which is key for underground scoping.

Don’t be surprised to see the shares a lot higher ahead, they are really undervalued for a UK setup. If you haven’t seen the Tungsten price it is over $620 a dry metric tonne!

Market is recognising that the Tungsten component is more prolific than originally thought. Pricing is at highs at China has the market cornered. And then comes along the UK and SML…

Those that have done the work know the scale of the opportunity. Tiny capex, highest of grades, low aisc, highest of margins with material upside from a prolific gold belt. Pepas could look very small relative to what’s coming. Well done all, new range soon

Focus on the future cashflows and you won’t be selling any under 80p! If out other projects show what we think is there this will be a 300-400p share

If any of you have spare change, maybe glance at SML too. Will see fireworks there too imo. Looks like Baron Investments is a buyer there too

Think once a few have really digested yesterdays update there will be a huge scramble for the shares

China has all the worlds Tungsten (almost all of the market) and SML has one of the best graded projects worldwide. This is the next GMET imo

When he posted his OMI position recently (another share I hold) it went 14p to 20p in just days

Personally I will keep accumulating as we are too cheap compared to the other plays. No dodgy liabilities, a cash generative asset and one of the highest grade Tungsten plays globally. But before others are chasing

Yes, OMI is now fully disconnected based on what profits and free cash would be. One years cash from ops would be substantially more than the enterprise value.

Nice to have two conviction holdings now: SML and OMI.

Both decent gains but with the valuations and schedules it’s going to be a fantastic q4 imo
