If we’re going to go with your 2.5x multiple (which of course doesn’t factor in true multiples for producers or the growth to come) then this should already be trading nearer to 60p.

Let’s go with small cap averages between 6-10x

At basecase, that’s 150p for OMI! The shares are a gift right now

Pepas is currently priced at a daft valuation (and as others have said a PE of about 1x). Most of London is trading around 6x right now which highlights how disconnected this is.

Whilst we are all buzzing about the upside from the drilling the current discovery is priced totally wrong. Anything in the 20s or even 30s is an absolute gift right now
