Poppyseed - I suspect he didn't need to take the salary and Kazera was cash-strapped until near term cash arrived from the diamond operations. I also suspect that Align will have had something to do with it as they are quite savvy. I don't think Larry has been the author of the recent RNSs because the language has Align all over it.

The conversation may have been, "Larry, we're running low on cash and we know you're financially independent already and don't need the salary, but we value you obviously. What do you think about taking some shares in lieu of salary? It'll reserve cash and will look good to our investors and you know what's coming later this year once we've sealed the deal on diamonds and HMS?"

Larry's not in it for the money. He relishes the challenge and I don't doubt his work ethic. He'll be working 6-days a week to make all this come right. This stock is a great medium to long term investment towards early retirement for some of us who've been accumulating at these levels; tantalum is rare stuff and we've got the conflict free, low radioactive type. I can see the new administration in the US re-affirming the Dodd-Frank act on conflict free minerals too. Isn't the EU legislations also about to hit?

I got badly burned in the bad KENV days before Larry's arrival - do you recall how quickly he identified the water issue and re-vectored the business towards defining the resource better. He's not put a foot wrong.

50 carats from 2000 tonnes of gravel is a bit lower than the 6 carats per 100 cubic meters by my calcs but at least they acknowledge this as being expected, although I don't fully understand their logic. But I'm no miner. Important thing is, we have product to sell, which is a first for Kazera in some time (since I've been invested!)

Now we just need JORC2, and a bidding war from partners.....and no dilution please, Larry et al. We've been diluted enough already.

· The gravel has been removed and is currently undergoing in field screening to ensure that only gravel containing diamonds is transported for final diamond recovery;

· Initial evaluations are that diamond content will comfortably exceed the average predicted grade of 6 carats per 100 cubic metres;

· The first auction in which the Company is expected to participate will be at the beginning of the fourth quarter with anecdotal evidence indicating that diamond prices are holding up well despite the Covid 19 epidemic.

Thanks, hopeful Dave. That puts the shine on again! I guess the reply from Zoetic in response to the shareholder and consumer who asked the same as me could have been more emphatic.

It would ordinarily be convention to RNS something as material as supply chain issues and regulatory compliance. I’m not short on this before anyone says anything. Far from it.

It all feels A bit amateurish. For me, it takes the shine off a bit. Not a bad thing. It doesn’t pay to get too attached to an investment.

Can anyone with a better working knowledge of rough diamond sales predict what we’re likely to get from the auction.

My ‘back of a fag packet’ calculation is: 3800 tonnes of rubble is 3800/1.5 cubes.

6 carats per 100 cubic meters makes it: 25*6=152 carats.

At $330 per carat that makes $50,000.

As a shareholder and consumer of Zoetic’s CBD products, I’m a bit perplexed by the apparent supply problems and obviously concerned too. No product no sales.

25mg gummies have not been available in the time I’ve been invested (August). Now they are out of the 10mg berry burst gummies in the UK.

It’s about time the company formally updated us on whether they are experiencing any manufacturing or supply issues.

I've written to the company but it may produce more of a reaction if others do the same. The CEOs seemed very approachable on the investor call the other day.
