Interesting to see the way the company has reacted to the recent attempts to discredit them. On their Chill website in the USA, they’ve introduced a banner for those with questions or concerns, which also invites people to request results of lab tests.

Corp - I think the new flavour is 'Grape', which will appeal to the US market more, rather than 'Grapefruit'. I too had grown fond of the older style gummies but as a shareholder I'm delighted to see we have a new product with presumed novel foods application in the bag! The key thing for me is the gummies are very convenient to leave in the car door for the commute. I wish some 'influencers' would get on and drive gummy sales a bit though. I'm too old to be an influencer lol!

I have found that taking CBD regularly has allowed me to stop taking paracetamol and ibuprofen for my hip pain. I also noticed that when the gummies were out of stock and I was only taking the less convenient oil, that my pain returned, whereas with the gummies I took them twice a day religiously while in the car.

Works for me!

That is the most coherent explanation I've ever read about 1 share trades.

Personally, a few years ago now I was quite heavily into another AIM stock - a junior oiler that I can't bring myself to mention, such are the painful memories! Anyway, I noticed that my broker at the time executed a chunky trade on my behalf and lo and behold, left out a single share all on its lonesome. In the next trading session I made £40k intraday. The SP at the time rocketed on speculation of a 3D seismic and a partner. Coincidence, who knows, but it happened to me and I've always looked back and thought there was something in it, more than chance.

The Company is pleased to report that it has agreed commercial terms with such investor for a substantial equity investment at a value in excess of the current share price. The Directors believe that the investment can be finalised in the coming weeks subject to receipt of banking consents in Namibia.

Semantics. I have an excellent memory. Given the gummies were on sale prior to March this year the novel food regulations allowed for Zoetic to continue to sell the original recipe gummies until March 2021, if they had any.

I can only surmise they ran out of stock of the original recipe and are now awaiting the novel foods regulatory compliance for the new and improved, ‘organic’ recipe.

Shame to have a gap in supply. As a shareholder as well as a customer I simply switched to the oil but a more fickle consumer might find an alternative, which is a shame. Avoidable? Who knows. I apportion no blame. It must be a busy time for the company.
