Morning All, does anybody with connections to the WhatsApp and Telegram groups know if they have been rallied to vote for the proposed dilution? I appreciate we SHOULD find out soon enough now but this is Prem after all, nothing is straight forward ……
Presumably if Canmax are planning to stay around long term they may vote ‘Yes’ to headroom allowing themselves to take a greater share at a discounted placing as part of this current friendly negotiation 🤔
We need some positive news very shortly to get the SP up considerably so that if/when there’s a placing it can be at a better rate raising the required cash for less dilution. 🤞🏻🤞🏻
Morning Wullie- using HL web page not the App, log into your account, on your Home Screen in the panel on the right headed ‘Secure messages’, there is a sub heading ‘Shareholder meetings’ click the ‘view shareholder meetings’ link and follow the instructions. Very straight forward from there, if you hold shares in more that one account you will need to cast votes in each one for your votes to have maximum effect 👍🏻
Wife and I voted through HL, very easy👍🏻 That should swing it in our favour.
Down to you George to get us out of this mess, no more untruths and BS. Remember we private investors deserve respect too, we’re giving you the head room, use it wisely and don’t shoot us in the back.
It would appear the shareholders are going to be asked to bankroll the company again. Could this be done with a rights issue so existing shareholders can get some benefit rather than a discounted placing for some unknown benefactor to get all the benefit of a cheap entry? I’m not that keen on my shares simply being diluted again.
Would be good for a respected board member of Prem to do a public presentation to explain the pros and cons of the method and reasons for a raise, and a TRUTHFUL assessment of where we stand. Is it one vote per share at the EGM or one vote per investor? How do you register your vote/s?
Help from the long term holders on the board would be appreciated.
I am very impressed with how quickly and efficiently Stark have set about the task of the plant revisions. To have sourced, transported, reconfigured the existing plant to accept it and finally installed what looks like two very large pieces of machinery in the time they have is nothing short of heroic. I appreciate their reputation is at stake but they still deserve a great deal of credit for the achievement.
I think the sorter already installed is an x ray sorter early in the plant which is already working, the UV sorter is part of the Stark upgrades which will be a factor in increasing nameplate production to the 125% once integrated and fine tuned.
There are no winners in rigidly enforcing the contract, without compromise on both sides this will end well for neither company, only their legal teams will profit handsomely. That’s what lawyers do in contractual disputes find a grey solution it’s never going to be Black or White
Canmax should agree to fund OPEX to production with the repayment made on same terms as existing offtake agreement and be offered remaining 50% of Zulu production at the prevailing market value (not including extended EPO) At least that way they are guaranteed supply in the foreseeable future. If they play fair they would then have a chance to get EPO production on good terms when it comes on line in 2/3 years time. Simplistic and idealistic I appreciate, but a win win solution which should be the preferred outcome.
Steward- Canmax must know all they need to know on that basis by now, can’t see the value in them being petty and vindictive at this point or nobody else will want to trade with them in the future.
Fall in Canmax share holding percentage1 Jul 2023 18:26
Late in the interview GR said that if the Canmax share ownership %age fell below that agreed when they bought in at .4p (13.3%?) they would non longer be eligible for the guaranteed 50% off take and GR indicated presently that was the case. If so, that really puts the pressure on them to keep their share holding upto percentage or they could lose their eligibility to everything🤔. Did anybody else hear that or did I dream it up?
