Proteome Sciences Plc (AIM: PRM), the specialist provider of contract proteomics services to enable drug discovery, development and biomarker identification, announces that the Company's 2020 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held at 11.00 am on 26 June 2020 at Nicholson House, Thames Street, Weybridge KT13 8JG. Notification of the AGM and proxy form have been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.proteomics.com.

In light of the current restrictions on gatherings and non-essential travel related to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is currently envisaged that the AGM will be run as a closed meeting with the minimum necessary quorum of shareholders (being two shareholders) in order to conduct the formal business of the meeting. Whilst the current guidance remains in place, no other shareholders will be permitted to physically attend the meeting. Any shareholder who attempts to attend the meeting will be refused entry.

Shareholders are encouraged to register their votes using the proxy form provided and are strongly encouraged to only appoint the 'Chairman of the meeting' as proxy, as no other proxy will be permitted to attend the meeting. We are providing an opportunity for shareholders to submit written questions relating to the business of the AGM by sending an email to executive.pa@proteomics.com. Questions submitted at least 48 hours prior to the AGM date will be reviewed and responses provided on the Company website at www.proteomics.com.

If only proteome sciences would open up a bit more about their uniqueness and leading strength and promote a bit of connectivity amongst shareholders they could do very well..
of it holds on nothing it shows it's quite a solid company , but for the so to move higher they definately need more engagement and dialogue to shareholders imo..unless they are keeping something under wraps ..what sort of company would not want growth ? For this an important part is dialogue and engagement

Stephen Diggle is still there .. we are at the centre of the consortium for helping development drugs and treatment plans ..keep t faith .. we are the best for accuracy and specificity with episwitch

Ballbagger r u staying in the share then? Of course history is a good telltale sign but it is not the only factor that's plays. There is always a time when things can turn around and the market for this area is very much needed right now..also the diversification is a good thing as one area can support the other .. the resources for fluorspar is so vast that they could get bought out or colloborate because it's valuable , they have cash and keeping costs down sharing facilities with sunrise resources .. although they could just do away with their salaries for the time being showing good faith in their projects but I hope for promising results in the next drill which has historically shown good grades .

I thought the interview was very good . Thanks mineralex . It showed their diversification and countries they r in.. Fluorspar is a vast resource but has had some setback and they r seeking to address but they r diversifying in minerals and metals and some historically very good grounds amid other big miners . I have a good feeling about their spread in this particular time .

I would think Suspension would be for a month or so while everything is finalised ..looking forward to the target company and its potential to move forward into precious metals commodities sector which is honestly perfect timing .. Yes obd is a leading biomarker company like prm. As well.. U need to have accurate biomarker for accurate drug development and accurate treatment plans.. The fda is increasingly asking companies to present their biomarker data with their findings. The market ahead is rosie for biomarker companies

When big drops happen like this on a world leading company and product, u have t understand there r games being played..
The troll brigade r posting every second their shorting targets.. Now this could be in preparation to fill a massive order for a company or individual.. Think about why they would want t post down targets.. When big drops happen it is usually before a big rise... So I'd hold off before you sell out at a loss..
