Marquis I wouldn't say it's a deaf end ..it's a brilliant company but their seem to play down and keep silent their direction and innovations, and they certainly don't communicate or reason d to investors , and by the looks of it if this keeps happening it will drive investors away.. for instance why don't they tweet their business ideals and colloborations and inventions? Why don't they engage..u seriously need to look at simple PR and polite replies to emails would help proteome ..u seriously need a strong leader as CEO
