I’ve mentioned quite a few times recently, as have many others, that the key to the big league is the SDC 1801 patent approval, and Num4’s joining together of the dots hits the nail on the head. 1802 patent was a huge step but 1801 patent puts the ball in the net. There’s been antics afoot over the last couple of weeks to suppress the share price not least of which the shameless playing of the sp by the mm’s for their own ends. I’m not sure why we’re being played and to what ends but it’s safe to say if we were of no interest to a prospective suitor then we’d still be sat in the doldrums at 0.5p. And we’re not. Suspicions are we could have a very nice Christmas party assuming we’re allowed out to enjoy it. Gla. Andy. :+)

If these vaccines are so safe then I feel our 625 elected members of parliament should be the first to receive them, then we'll know it's safe for us, if all of them have it. Should a large percentage of them refuse, as I suspect, then why would I let them use me as guinea pig. !!

Looks like Tyk2 SDC1801 not far awat from the clinic, just need the US patent in place and we're off to the races. :+)

Could well be, however the mm isn't going to risk an investegation from the FCA, what they did last week was scandalous so I doubt they'll risk it again given everone knows Sar is not a Covid play. I think the CPF have pulled off a blinder, by removing the upfront milestones they look to have ensured the ongoing developement of 737 at Sierra's cost. So the CPF and us appear to have a free carry through the clinic once again. Dilly will start banging the drum soon once the readouts on the two combo trials are released. SRA737 was licensed by CPF to Sierra in September 2016 for up to $328.5 million in developmental, regulatory and commercial milestones, plus royalties on the net sales of any product successfully developed . Sareum was eligible to receive 27.5% of the economics equating to up to $88 million in milestone payments, plus sales royalties, as SRA737 advances.

It says "decreased additional milestone payments of up to an aggregate of $290.0" not a "decrease" of $290M, hence the overall reduction in potential milestone payments is reduced from: $328.50M to $290.00M i.e. a reduction of $38.50M. Simples.

Pursuant to the terms of the Amendment, Sierra and CPF have agreed to a decrease in the additional milestone payments of up to an aggregate of $290.0 million that may be payable to CPF upon the achievement of certain developmental, regulatory and commercial milestones, including a milestone payment of $2.0 million upon the dosing of the first patient of the first trial of SRA737 following the Amendment.

It's now clear why NG got fired, he had backed SRRA into a corner where they wanted to progress 737 but couldn't due to the milestone payments. Now renegotiated there's nothing stopping Dilly from pushing this back into the fast lane. If he saw no value in 737 they wouldn't have renegotiated terms, simples. We will now get the readouts from the two PII combo trials and would expect this to progress to PII / PIII in the very near future. Once again, short term pain for long term gain for us shareholders, but as mentioned by TM again, TYK2 is the jewel in the crown. I mentioned yesterday an RNS looked likely, however I was more thinking confrimation of the UKRI grant and China news, these are still to come. gla. Andy.

The shorting of aim and microcap companies is almost impossible as a pure short as we know it, the vehicle used to short these stocks are CFD's or spreadbets which don't require the movement of any stock. Hope this helps.

Confirmation of UKRI grant is due and hopefully if announced we will put some meat on the bones of how we will progress. Also we could well get Aurora news from China at any time, £900K, the name of the company and what indications they are targetting would be nice. :+)

There was a strange trade last night when the final trade was an uncrossing trade at 1.50p when the close looked like being 1.25p, I think Num or RMM mentioned it earlier. When the market opened as it would have done around 1.25p panic set in as people thought the price was down 20+% when in fact it was the same as what it should have been at last nights close. The mm played the perceived drop like a vintage stradivarious, it will be interesting to see if there is more shenanigans this evening and if the mm will attempt to set the tone for tomorrows opening prices.. Games afoot especially as the sp has just gone blue..!! :+) An intraday low of 1.10p and high of 1.525p, and people say the mm's don't manipulate prices, really.. !!
