If the MM would desist from this ridiculous 10%+ spread which has been in place for weeks the price would be rising. The question is why is the market maker using the spread to push the price down and killing the volume?? When it’s clear the answer is to close the spread, create a market and boost the volumes. Hmmmm and there was me thinking it was their job to create a market. Silly me!!

The vaccines that are now being rolled out are not traditional vaccines which act upon anti viral prevention. !! These are are based upon modifying the bodies autoimmune reactions by changing the response of proteins to recognise and act against the cytokine storm the virus creates. So it sounds like the vaccines are based upon science more closely related to what Sar do rather than traditional vaccine technology. Interesting to see how our Covid research and testing unfolds over the coming months. I’d welcome fadecs, rmm and one or two others view on this analogy. Gla. Andy.

Let's put this into context, Chk1 is in clinical trials (We only hold 27% of the product) and it looks likely it will now progress to PII / III given the revised deal, Aurora is having it's solubility issues resolved by the Chinese and will head into PI trials as soon as resolved, SDC1801 / 02 are just finishing pre-clinical work and will head to the clinic very soon (My feeling is TM will announce commencement of PI for 1801 before the agm) and 1802 will head to the clinic in Q1 2021. So why no bid?? It's quite simple until now it's been to early for a prospective suitor to assess to the total value of assets, that's not the case within a few short weeks when they will be able to see everything in the shop window. In summary we could well have four products either in or about to enter trials, not bad for a small cap pharma :+)), so I think I'll continue to do as I've always done, trust my judgments and that of the well informed here, and not pay a blind bit of notice to the johnny come lately's who turn up from time to time.. Why would you purchase a stock you think is going to drop 35% in a week?? Surely you've done some research upon Sar or are you just another lemming (lemon) who can't be bothered to back your investment with even a modicum of background work!! Probably not, given your asking somone else's opinion of when you should buy..

New posters are always welcome and some good views are shared, however there needs to be an understanding that pharma stocks are not like Oilies, goldies or your ramped and hyped lenigas type stocks. To get a prospective treatment to market takes years given the testing and efficacy criteria which need to be accomplished, met and overcome. Sar are nearing the end of this journey on several fronts and the near future has never looked brighter, having said this and back to my original comments new posters need to back off. wise up and apply some patience, your awaited profit will come but please, even now nearing a step change in share price, stop demanding minute by minute news and board of directors accountability there’s good chaps. Hey Mafuta, no probs. However I think the application for the grant and the desire for Sar to potentially address the Cytokine storm responsible for very many of the Covid deaths was instrumental in the share price moving above the long entrenched sub 1p price. Having said this we are approaching news of significant progress on many fronts, on all compounds over the coming weeks, hence the price holding around the 1.5p range awaiting the next substantial move north imo. An effective treatment for the cytokine storm induced by Covid 19 is not just relevant to Covid, it would be an effective treatment against any viral / bacterial infection which insights the bodies immune system to attck itself. That's why Tyk2 has such a wide use in many indications where the immune system has malfunctioned. Gla. Andy

Closing price was 1.625.

The first thing we need to do is stop the mm taking the pish with a near 9% spread.. The next thing is try and get trading into "sets", as it's almost impossible to get a fixed price for a trade, everything goes to NT. We need some more liquidity in the stock and the best way to achieve this is raise the price, as they've already played the drop the price card three times in the last two weeks. gla. Andy.

Finally looks like the mm wants to take us above 1.50p. Could be as some suspect that they need to create some liquidity due to low numbers in free float, could be an RNS has been lodged. Could travel back above 2.00p very quickly imo. gla. Andy.

Last week the mm seemed obsessed with keep the share price at 1.50p, on two days using uncrossing trades to ensure a 1.50p closing price. Despite pressure on the ask earlier this morning the sp wasn't raised above 1.50p and for most of the last three trading days has hovered around this price (with the exception of when they tried to play the price on the back of vaccine news). I'm not sure of why it's being pegged at this price, but for sure something will have to give soon as to the motives.
