Two observations from Friday. 1) The drop was totally overdone and pure greed from the market maker as usual. 2) Somebody was in the know that this news was coming given the block sells in morning trading, they should be identified as it was clearly insider trading and prosecuted. Only when a market maker is punished and insider traders prosecuted will the cesspit which is aim be cleaned up. Correct disclosure of trades would be a good start. Rant over, good luck today all genuine holders. Andy. :+)

When people say Sar have achieved nothing I would ask how did they get CRUK (the world’s most preeminent research organisation) to take on Chk1 and develop it and then market it. By the way CRT undertook the negotiations with Sierra so stop casting aspersions upon Sar’s negotiating skills. It now looks pretty likely Chk1 will progress to the next trials given the new deal and the ever increasing good press it is attracting. Finally it’s quite clear Tyk2 is becoming hot property as the scientists recognise its key role in many indications. So for me I’ll continue to back my judgment and ignore the bile spouted by a few when a little bit of bad news exposes a few nerve endings. Gla genuine Lth’s. Andy. :+))

Hello Stach. I trust you are well. Picking up on your earlier posts it strikes me as a pretty risky course the government have embarked upon leaving three months between first and second vaccinations. The best analogy I can draw is we are told repeatedly to complete courses of antibiotics when we are prescribed them, the risk of not completing them gives the potential for the infection to re-emerge stronger than it was, and maybe having developed a resistance to that particular strain of antibiotic. Could it be the governments rush to seek any solace from current events might in fact risk the vaccines becoming in-effective in the short / medium term, I hope it's not the case for all our sakes. The whole approach to Covid in the UK is a cluster-fook, how can you have different tiers and allow people to migrate between them, either lock us all up for three weeks in an absolute lock-down with no exceptions or else do nothing as Sweden did, you can never be "half pregnant". Why are planes still flying, absolute stupidity. And finally what perfect timing at the pinnacle of finally signing a Brexit agreement to announce we have a virulent strain of Covid and allow Europe to close our borders and use it as the final bargaining stick to force us into a Eurocentric Brexit deal.. You couldn't make it up.. PS who says the mutated virus is bad?? it could be a much milder form and allow those who contract it to build some immunity, I suspect the government used the new strain as a means to cancel their dopey approach to Christmas and now the whole thing has blown up in their face. Hi Mafuta. My comment was pretty tongue in cheek as we know some things for sure. 1) the FCA are a toothless tiger (spineless pussy). 2) the market’s and market makers are corrupt, especially the AIM market. Full of shysters and Ponzi schemes, but hey we all know the game. ;+)

Absolutely scandalous behaviour from our YTS market maker. Walking the price down for their own ends. Mostly buys today and still takes the price down. Order book manipulation at it’s best / worst. Comics. !! :+)

What they do is see an aim share which has had a large rise in a short period of time. They then open a CFD short position and try desperately to push the share down. It works most occasions on aim but just occasionally they make a b0ll!x of it by not understanding the market and investor sentiment on breakout stocks and ohh do they get their fingers burnt on bad calls as CFD’s are highly leveraged and can quickly cost them serious money when they get them wrong. Agree with Phil Afham you can't continually refer to new posters as C wombles, there's some very good new posters. I do however agree with you that the disruptive "in it for me sorts" would be best avoided.. Use the filter button rather than be generalist would be my advise. Gla. Andy..

Now the elephant in the room is finally being revealed I.e. one vaccine to treat COVID 19 won’t be the solution purely follows the logic of if one vaccine for flu worked we wouldn’t need annual derivatives that try and second guess which variety will occur each year. Another solution is required in tandem with vaccines namely therapeutics. !! So the focus will very soon look at what Sar and other companies are doing. Remember the scenario when one of our generals prior to a major battle with just rifles was offered a Gatling gun by a salesman outside his battle room who replied “tell him I’m busy doesn’t he know I’ve got a war to fight”!!
