I’m in the same boat RC. Ammunition in hand and determining whether to average up in ARB to just below£1 or to open a position in OBC or average up in EUA. Weighting/Waiting is the conundrum.

Spiking into the close is unusual given the recent patterns of fluctuation. I note the conjecture about tomorrow and NN, and whilst the Biblical Announcement would be welcome, there appears in any case to be a greater level of support at the levels that we retrace to that may indicate that the market is more in control of this than the makers as of this afternoon. Is that inertia, a regrouping or the increased propsect of news incoming? Whatever the answer, the ambiance here is increasingly positive and we should all now spread liberal amounts of goose fat on our calloused hands for tomorrow's row because it could be that by the end of tomorrow, Ambergris is readily available on deck.

It would be true to say that to move the pay dirt in the biggest mine of it's type in the world then a significant number of additional resources such as these trucks would be required. It would also be fair to say that these trucks could be used in a number of locations. If you were considering buying thebiggest mine of it's type in the world, would you wait for the deal to be completed before investing in equipment required, or, if you were confident that your offer had been given an indication of acceptance subject to due diligence, would to try to get ahead of the game, knowing that these trucks could also be used elsewhere in the unlikely event of the sale falling through? Nobody knows either way, but it is a possibility.

I believe that what has come to light today supports entirely the theories proposed by Tilly with regard to accumulation, MIA etc. Things appear now to fall nicely into place and would indicate that the preliminaries are completed and the decks are clear. I remain pragmatic and calm as I have done for the last 17 years of holding these shares and am full of anticipation for the greater clarity that will emerge with regard to progress on the sale.
What you have to remember is that what you see depends on where you stand, and if you are stood with your head up a horse's Ar5e, you will only see ****.

My pragmatic, patient approach to this company, having held since 2004 has been envigorated by yesterdays RNS and even my Grinch like downplaying of timescales for 'when' it happens has been replaced by a sense of optimism that this 'is' going to happen, and probably sooner than I would hve envisaged 6 weeks ago. I now have to temper my inclination to raise my expected FSP based upon the RNS, but I admit to wondering if Rowka's £3.50 was so wide of the mark as I had first thought. Are others similarly inclined to raise their expectations or should I self flagellate that nonsense out of me?

Slightly off topic, but I read yesterday that Elon Musk has been contacted and offered the soon to be Mothballed Honda Factory site in Swindon.

Goatguy1 you’d be best advised to go and self flagellate in private. Nobody wants to watch you build yourself into a frenzy of self-loathing because you now doubt your investment choices. Sell up or shut up, but for pity’s sake don’t seek the comfort of being breast fed platitudes just to make your anxieties more manageable on a chat board.

Hi Ian, just wanted to observe that although it wasn't a monster RNS I feel somewhat chuffed that there was an RNS at 11.53 today. That's as close as I will get, so no further gueses from me I shall just order the new golf clubs anyway!

Yes, 11.53 is the other favourite time for an RNS. I had one guess on Ian's game to preict the date of the Monster RNS and choose 11.53 today. When I saw a red dot at exactly that time this morning, for a moment I thought I might just have it right to the damned minute - alas - just another form.

I think we will see surges before key hours for potential RNS’ coming in, and a retrace when the hour mark is passed. If the new retrace move to higher level by comparison to the previous one then the upward pressure is evident. Key time will be heading towards close of play because there will be a real sense of anticipation(or fomo depending on one’s position) at the end of trading today, more than any previous time.

Rakmeister, bloody minded, stubborn and too proud to sell when it plummeted so far. First time those character traits have been rewarded and not about to give in now. GLA.

Hi Ian, held since 2004 so waiting is a forte of mine. Not had a guess at an RNS date thus far, however, I'd like to make my one and only RNS prediction to be at 11:53am on 09/12/20. This is made simply on the basis of recurring dreams about buying a new set of golf clubs on that date with newly acquired wealth, and not having to justify to my own land based version of Septic Lil my profligacy in such an endeavour. Wait 'til she sees the campervan that would also be ordered in the event of a Rowka-esque valuation!!
