If anyone can help me with this I will be very grateful.

I am just trying to reconcile some tax figures. The only slightly useful thing sound has delivered are some losses which I can offset, but my numbers are screwed by some warrants, which I can’t track down. It was around Nov 2017. Can anyone remember, or point me at something which says what the deal was, ie how many warrants per share. I think the warrants were 24p.

They certainly look like big hitters, and won’t be cheap.

Think you’re misreading it, although it’s not well written. It doesn’t refer to the wording of the resolution, but says the resolution was not passed, and Habib was not reappointed.

I hope to goodness this comes good, but I never was persuaded that this iron ore deal eas all tha5 it seems, Habib has a chequered history, and the business with his wife was astonishingly inept.

Oryx seems like the logical place, but can see any reference to trx or any other holdings on the website
