I ran a moderately successful company which gave a good number of people a good income, and interesting and challenging careers.

It was only ever a private limited company, my team had shares, and it was eventually sold on.Everyone did really well, and their careers have flourished.

I never went public. If the fundamentals are good then success can be shared.

PRD is public, if this starts to take off, be prepared for games to be played, and lots o& irrelevant bull**** to fly.

BTW I have been involved in many DD exercises, and within certain parameters much of what is required is massive overkill which fattens the wallets of accountants lawyers and city financiers.

I am pretty au fait with the fact that E&D has its risks - a multitude of them in fact, and anyone isn’t aware of that shouldn’t be here, as the likelihood is that they won’t balance their risk in relation to the res5 o& their portfolio.

I’m not really seeing anything in the specific examples you’ve given - fizz gas leading misinterpretation of seismic, heavy oil, and specialist fracking that is a specific concern here.
