I know what you mean, and I was a bit underwhelmed but..

PG stated that $200m was equivalent to 10% mpg of 40bcf.

Taking the 10% royalties - well the high case estimate for the initial area is 800+bcf.

Then there’s the rest of the area and oil …. So might not be too shabby ?

All species go through natural cycles of population growth and decline.

In the latter stages there is typically increased competition for resources, fighting, disease.

We arrogantly think we’re above all that, and perhaps we will be the first species to break that cycle.
