Yup, so it seems on a balance of risks that PRD prefer to drill 3.

I also thought that given the costs of moving the rig twice the6 might drill 2 whilst they were still there.

Telling me that 2 might not be needed on PRDs watch, and the main role in hindsight has been the information derived about th seal.

Razor, Paulmsaid there was a long lead time on it , and it’s not just ROP, it’s the risk of getting logging tools stuck.

Frustrating though ….

I was speculating with a fellow investor the other day as to why this interview without any new news.

Other than Flagstaff hassling Paul (unlikely I think!), my conclusion was that it was to put a framework out there against which future news flow could be assessed, as pieces of the jigsaw emerge.

Hopefully the team will be to busy to do this for each new bit of info, over the coming weeks

That was was pretty much my reading of it.

I have no idea how long it would take to prove up further TCFs, but any purchaser would have little incentive to do it “up front” - so not sure how that would be dealt with?

I read it as not wanting to get involved in DD now, whilst the were concentrating on the drill.

$200m for “say” 40bcf, plus 10% royalties on further gas. Does that mean that if we prove,let’s say, 80 bcf the initial payment would double, or that the royalties would handle that?

Very intrigued as to whether MOU would be sold off separately to the rest of the licence. Paul did say they could act as consultants, and previously has said he had no interest in developing gas to power, or oil, so that migh5 sugges5 the whole licence.
