Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
That is correct, it is one old lady (Julia Rivera) AND the cooperative.

"My contacts on site are very positive condor project will go ahead.
These guys of the cooperative do not have much land as the video says, their concession is very small, and belongs to the goverment. However they have taken land outside their concession without the goverment permission,
The landowners call them thieves....the guy speaking at the end has a bad reputation, he likes others assets for free...
.
One of my contacts, related to familes that own land, believes that the only real obstacle is the last land owner, no the cooperative.
My contacts believe cnr's project can go ahead even if the rest dont sell their land...one way or the other they Could go ahead...
Cnr has probably instigated the last video in response to the previous outrageous video by our adversaries, but cnr probably did not edit it.
We should not read much from them. Cnr's video is probably trying to create peace.....
Some people like to create chaos at national level...news chanel is at fault bcs they
broadcasted first video without speaking to all parts first.
Keep the faith,"

"Good news
On Finca Fabiola the drilling machine is there to start drilling on Monday. This is for the dam geothecnic studies.
Hopefully I will receive some photos soon
Comon guys, there may be problems, but the richness is there, we are closer now than ever"
book5's take:
"Following the ecowarrior video against condor, Cnr has done its own, well done. To be clear,
This is cnr's answer to the recent video by cnr's detractors.
https://www.facebook.com/LaIndiaGold/posts/3318209094882466/
Lots of info in this video.
Video says cnr will send a letter explaining why they need the land., then negotiations will start.
The impression the video gives is that the cooperative's land will only be sold if there is mutual agreement.
Video says cooperative owns 20 manzanas of land, this is around 14 hectareas and that there are 180 associates /owners working there..
Video mentions cnr is allowing an area where 80 miners are currently working, and this area will increase before cnr's mine starts
Video shows cnr is fair; that is the main message to our detractors' recent video.
Imho video shows cnr has courage, and gives credit to cnr approach. It shows a confident company.
The impression I get is that it is not an easy walk in the park, it requires lots of work and skill.
What I remember our CEO saying in previous videos:
-miner's compensation will be for a life of lost earnings
- compensation will be in form of rocks extracted from mine."
FFS, we are being taken down with the wider market.....again!
I guess these swings can't stop until we formally announce serious progress on land and production.
The frustrating thing about stupid eco warriors (those that want to live in the 21st Century anyway) is they don't want nuclear, they don't want wind turbines, they don't want oil or gas power, they don't like wave or hydro power. They don't even like solar, what the heck do they want. If nations are not blessed with geothermal what do we do. There has to be a concession or we go back to the dark ages.
This would be pretty dire for us.
If it were to go ahead, we are at best worth our net asset value (AT BEST), that's potentially sub 10p.
Latest from book5. I believe he is correct, probably less than a month to seal the deal on land.
"You are wellcome.
I have been told that the cooperative of miners has received a letter from Cnr and that this week both sides are meeting to start negotiations.
Regarding the old lady, one way or the other we will buy her land bcs the law is in our side; by the way, she know this. However, it is very probable that negotiations have already started, including a non disclosure agreement.
I hope in one month, or less, we will have our offers accepted to buy the last two properties. Geeting ready for warm ??.
Gla,"
I have to say I totally agree about the lack of use of the TSX listing thus far however only to the extent that it's been an unnecessary expense whilst we are still an explorer, that may well change when we become a producer, particularly as we need to raise funds for the process and Canada will be a better place for that.
Book5 has proven reliably informed of late, this is his latest:
"Though it has not been confirmed yet, I believe we will have a mutual agreement with the old lady soon to buy her land.
Then, we will need to obtain the small cooperative's communal land."
Everything will come together but not until ALL the land at La India is secured. What needs to be borne in mind is that we are about 93% of the way there but it's not really in our control. We cannot force a sale, if someone doesn't want to move we have to follow the legal process to compulsorily purchase. I believe we are in a situation were literally no amount of money (or her family) can convince an elderly widow to sell. The legal process to CPO has started, it will be resolved in our favour. According to book5 there is also another couple of percent owned by a small mining co-operative to acquire, that will happen as it's in their broader interests.
More patience is the order of the day.
I seem to recall Paul Atherley didn't do so well with Leyshon in the end. Things rarely go well in China for foreign mining investors.
I disagree in respect of news, the land purchase could occur at literally any time, a contract could be agreed with the vendor(s) today for instance. The fact it is being negotiated is public domain and the decision to sell out of our control.
93% of land owned!
HaHa, you want to listen to Bob Moriarty sometime, he's the grumpiest of grumps. Even I get depressed listening to him at times but he does talk a lot of sense though.
Much attention being given to Mako and Cailbre at present, we need to capitalise on that!

Source is book5, these are allegedly road work improvements leading towards the old Amercia site.
I guess we will just have to like it or lump it, as you say tester123 he's probably dumping all his personal holding, I guess you can't blame the guy if he only paid 20p, that's an amazing ROI. That said, it'll only remain at 50p if there are buyers, if they dry up, the price will plummet without news. He will also sell into news which will hold us back unless there is a much wider takeup than we currently have.
Well at least the price action is crystal clear. I do not believe for one moment he has no reason for this. He is clearly attempting to drive the price the wrong way or he thinks that we will not be successful. Pay your money and take you chance, I believe in Mark not Randy.
