HaHa, guess I'm just bored!
I'm guessing and it is a guess but if he wants to try some kind of aggressive takeover approach it may be in his interests to hold back the share price for the moment. It's pure speculation of course as he'd need to persuade enough of us to accept and I don't believe he could do that - but he may.
If it isn't that then he may want more shares offered in the next capital raising at a lower price. It's never as cut and dried as we may think, these sorts of guys are ruthless to say the least and gold mining is full of them.
Right now if it is RM selling (unless he's got problems, possible but unlikely) it is personal agenda driven!
You know what I think, I wonder if RM is playing a dirty game with us, he knows full well whats about to happen on the ground and he's greedy. Myguess would be things are not going the way he would like and he's attempting to hold back the share price to make more money. You may think this is counterintuitive but I've seen these kind of shenanigans before in the gold space.
FWIW I believe book5 to be 100% accurate at this juncture, I can't speak for the past.
At the prices they are getting anyway and the value it offers us, I'd be getting the contract signed today!
"According to the landlady's son comments to my friend, his mother has asked around 4.166 times more than the company initially offered her , lets called it a round number.
so this is an indication, that the lady has started to negotiate! a change in behaviour....
So we have the option to buy to her price (we could afford it), or negotiate....,
it seems we will be there this side of Christmas as originally planned....plenty of time to complete the negotiations, we probably have flexibility to start doing site preparations.
all good progress for what I can see
hopefully our cash reserves are ok
GLA"
Don't forget this is the LAST piece of land we require at La India!
This isn’t the start of a trend, if the market recognised what’s in the RNS pipeline we’d be well above these prices. This is a fake fall.
my reply to him/her over on advfn:
book5, you and I accord, whether the final person wants to sell or not is not so important as we now own the vast majority of the necessary land and the Nicaraguan government will sanction a swift compulsory purchase. Right now I'd say we are over 90% and what's left to buy probably wont impede the start of site preparations otherwise we'd not be moving along on the s/h mill.
Likewise on Guatemala, for a second hand mill, my belief is the same as yours. This share is going to move in price dramatically and it will be in 2020!
"I have been waiting to confirm rumours, a source in Nicaragua (early morning there) has confirmed that one of the last two land owners have sold.
So, now only a lady needs to sell for cnr to own all the land. But, she has the reputation of having a hard personality, apparently she does not want to sell... May be the company will need to go to court? I am no sure though, I will ask for what is said in the village.... Also rumours regarding plant for Guatemala keep coming.
Definitely progress is been made.
Keep the faith
Exciting but patience required, hopefully we dont need to go to court, and get last big chunk of land soon."
" If he had some inkling of "negative news"
I'm confident he hasn't!
No!
WG, I thought they'd made a pretty darn good effort on the PR front recently.
I'm expecting fireworks soon!
It's not a big drilling exercise to improve the category.
"Eighteen of the 20 profiled companies made acquisitions during the 2010 to 2019 period, buying 209-million ounces of gold reserves for $51.3-billion for an average cost of $245.51/oz."
Would you take closing on $245/oz for our indicated? I would!
When you look at Mako more in depth, whilst the grades are brilliant, the resource (at the moment) is not so, makes you realise that if Mark pulls this off here at Condor we have a stellar opportunity to make a huge return on our investments.
Makes it crystal clear what a great jurisdiction Nicaragua is for gold miners.
samthedog, what are you talking about?
I personally believe that as far as it goes and based on information and gossip direct from villagers that book5 is 100% reliable.
tester123, I honestly don't know. Whilst a PFS/BFS probably isn't required for the funding we will need, I do think the market would respond if it was updated. That said the proof of the pudding may also be in becoming operational and displaying cashflow and profitability.
I'd be very keen to see the PFS updated to say a conservative $1500 gold price.
