Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
EL that is also my thought process, this appears to be a sales advert for CNR rather than a short term strategy for us as we stand at present. Maybe a look what you could do if you had the money and bought us out.
Yep, frank questions that pulled no punches and frank and honest replies. Probably one of his better if not his best interviews lately.
Yet as ever an entirely predictable market reaction for our shares. None :-)
RR, a good while ago I took your advice on StrikeCoin, been content with it, bit of a rollercoaster until recently but pending the news this weekend its been dramatic the last day or two.
Sorry for the O/T folks.
Now back in London after months away.
I hope you're right guys, whether its RNS'd tomorrow or over the next week or so, it's a huge step forward for Condor as a business. I'm hopeful it will deliver momentum to the share price but I am not holding my breath as this company has had false dawn after false dawn for over a decade for many reasons often outside our control, it's probably prudent not to be too sanguine.
I still reckon we've a few days or a week or so to go. I had pencilled in an RNS at end of the month.
Don't jump the gun. 30 working days is 6 weeks.
I would not say that Mark has to leave, his experience with this specific project remains invaluable, however I do feel in the very near term he needs to step back as CEO and perhaps remain as just Chair with a new CEO and/or also a COO.
The longer I remain invested here, the more I look for reasons why the share price is held back. I am at a loss for a decent reason, indeed we can talk about land purchases, elections, finance, key stake holder share sales etc etc but I'm less convinced these are the reason.
I'm coming to the conclusion that the market has waited so long for real progress that it no longer has faith in the management team. I honestly see no other real reason. It saddens me to say this after Mark has carried out such a good job in sometimes difficult circumstances but now is the time if ever there was one to employ a serious CEO who has experience of and can develop a project. After all it's not as if they can't also put their nose in the options trough like the other BoD (so being able to afford them is not a real consideration).
He's in Managua :-)
Yep, that's the point I was trying to make. Many have missed the Q&A and should watch again! The land is now absolutely secondary and will be acquired via the government if necessary. I'd be a highly motivated seller now if I were a member of the coop as once construction permit is agreed we are away.

It's quite simple, the government have been advised we have commenced construction. If they don't object within the specified timeframe detailed in the permit, we are good to go. Clearly we have spoken to them before taking this course of action. the cooperative owners of the land are in effect unimportant, the project will proceed and the land will be acquired.
Sorry that doesn't mean there is an RNS, just referencing the typo in previous post.
RNS :-)
Lots of construction activity taking place at the moment at Mina La India, drilling, site clearance, culverts, water purification plant etc.
Allegedly RB was using the monies for something else 'local'.
Agree not particularly meaningful and stating the obvious. Doesn't appear to know what is happening on the ground with CNR.
