Coincidentally I've just had a reply from Mark to my earlier email, he's already on with correcting the errors.

Hopefully we will be actively traded on TSX before that date....

What may be happening is that shares were being moved to Canada and until we are open for trading on the TSX that's reducing the free float here leading to an AIM price rise.

Our listing on the TSX is just an additional listing, you�re current shares are AIM traded and will continue to be so.

Agreed, it's almost a certainty that with our current investors (Ross Beatty) we will attract a major investment in the near term.

I concur, these are �phantom sells�, I don�t think for one moment they are people offloading, if they were the sp would have crashed, over last 2 days it has moved in the opposite direction. The only determinant of sp movement is trend in my view, as that trend is upwards, these trades are most likely between brokers ready for TSX this month. If you think about it there�s is no float in Canada until we either issue shares there or someone moves them there. We cannot sell our AIM shares in Canada unless we move them there!

We ARE NOT MOVING, this is an additional listing of the same set of shares. It just makes it more convenient for North American and other global mining investors to buy into us. the TSX is far more important to junior miners than AIM. To reply to your question, nobody knows if the price will rise but it seems likely as the TSX investors appear to understand miners better than AIM investors.

I don't think it's being held down. For me it's just a simple supply/demand issue, there has been constant selling pressure for months and someone has stock, once that is exhausted, it will move forward. Be that today, next week or whenever!

"we are super confident about permits, there is no doubt we are going to get them" Difficult to say that openly in public without risking reputation, credibility etc etc unless it's correct.

Share price performance is a whole number of issues, including but not restricted to....... 1) AIM. 2) Permits. 3) Boredom (same old story). 4) The length of time we've been around and apparently achieved little (although in terms of resource and EIA we've done well with the money raised). 5) Damage done by negative sentiment both informally on bulletin boards and more widely falsehoods circulated in a certain popular share magazine. 6) Sector sentiment. 7) Management dynamism. No doubt many can think of dozens more reasons. That said, will TSX main board and permits make any difference. Only time will tell.

I don't think Mark's movements are a secret. He was in Toronto to get the last lot of paperwork in, he then went straight to Nicaragua and as has been pointed out, he'll be there around 3 weeks in total, I'm guessing at another week or so before he's back. He will undoubtedly be working on ensuring the permits are issued as soon as possible after we've dealt with the resettlement/PC issues. Mellon's purchase is all party of his own grand strategy and as has been said already you cannot look at today's RNS in isolation.
