Two completely different jurisdictions, whilst both are open pit (mainly), it seems to me that CNR are way ahead of the game in terms of preparations and may, just may be in production within a few months. Our grades are comparable in some results our AISC will be lower quartile. I consider GGP to be an explorer but CNR are in development, so one is speculative the other less so. Yes the risk is potentially greater here at CNR but as are the rewards.

Best advice is if you like both, buy both, don't just assume one will outperform another based on certain metrics, the market is unpredictable.

This audio is quite interesting (it#s worth a listen right to the end), one thing that Pierre says is that energy costs are about 25% of the cost of running a mine and as they are significantly down and expected to remain so for some time, you can add that straight to the bottom line.

The numbers are actually frightening when you look at them, the disparity between current market value and what could be with a fair wind is staggering. The problem we have is that the gap is so large that investors simply don't believe it. I've been laughed at before now for suggesting the same to my own circle of friends who invest. Yes risk is attached but the present disparity is not explainable by that alone.

I'm not going to speculate what the content will be nor when they will come but I am confident we will hear the right news in H2 and IF Condor commences a re-rate to were it should be, that upward movement will be dramatic.

As I've said in a previous post, my excitement about being here in CNR is off the scale. There is every possibility that it could be a life changing investment for many. It wont be for me but it'll certain alter some plans if things work out as I'd hope even in my base case scenario of £1.

2.4m oz of Au at $1850/oz gross and an AISC of $700/oz to me is $2.76bn gross. Yes plenty of further deductions, but the numbers are staggering and just valued at around around $70m!
