I think Mark may be beavering away in Nicaragua at the moment, I'd say at this stage in the game his time may be more usefully served there. Disappointing for anyone who attended today I suppose, but I'm sure all will come good in the end.

As far as I understand it, it’ll be the same shares traded on the TSX as in Aim. There may be a few change hands between brokers after we are actively traded. I think the Canadians are a bit different though and it’s a marked bargain basis rather than a market controlled by makers. Is my understanding correct....anyone?

Whilst the volume is pretty light lately, I'd hope that any moves to the upside are a result of interest connected directly or indirectly with events on the ground in Nicaragua and also the impending TSX listing. I'd like to think it's people expecting a re-rate based upon the facts we all know and our move into Canada.

SOLG is an AIM darling and a traders share, it's possible they were a little more pragmatic on the TSX.

There has not been a previous PC. I am aware of the history and previous intentions of CNR. The fact that something was planned but did not take place means there has not been a PC. I’m not trying to be a pedantic ******* but there hasn’t actuallly been a previous PC!

I have a feeling that our TSX listing will be the same shares as on AIM, not new ones or depositary receipts.

Next PC, what was the date of the first one?

You'd think that CNR was an absolute no brainer for our Canadian and American cousins. Let's hope that they do actually get us and that our PR and IR people over there are really really good!

It seems like a fair educated guess, what one needs to do is look at the RNS of the 24th October for guidance; "Final approval for the listing is conditional upon the Company satisfying the conditions and requirements imposed by the TSX. The Company will work to satisfy these conditions as quickly as possible. The listing is also subject to the final receipt and acceptance by the Ontario Securities Commission of the Company�s long form non-offering prospectus, which the Company expects to file in the coming weeks." My view would be that Mark will be very keen to get us bedded down on the TSX before any other major development is announced. Also getting it done before Xmas seems logical. Whether the price will move before progress on the ground is debatable as we may need an RNS to precipitate Canadian interest. One thing is certain though, we are so far out of kilter with our peers in Canada something must happen at some point!

Nevertheless, we are no longer dependent upon the village being moved. Regardless I do not believe we will be shareholders in a CNR that gets as far as becoming a miner, I feel we will be taken out either by shares or for cash once we are sufficiently desirable to a third party, that may be before we are permitted or after especially in view of the significantly prospective nature of the rest of our land.

Jibbo it's worth pointing out that post recent drilling, we probably do not need to take out the village to have a highly economic mine. Whilst moving them is the preferred most profitable option it is no longer the only option. I'm also given to understand that under Nicaraguan law you can open pit to within 100mtrs of a habitation!

I do not agree, the market usually prices in some hope valuation, on a forward basis. I do not see that here. The noises coming from CNR are loud and clear, we will get permits, if the market had correctly interpreted this then we would not be languishing at 12m lows. I'm hoping that Canada get this within 2-3 months of trading opening on that exchange but who knows really!

I appreciate this is Nicaragua and there is an element of country risk but based on what Mark has been openly saying recently, does anyone actually genuinely still think that permitting for our project is high risk. Personally I think the market that is never wrong has in fact got this wrong in a big way!

STP that of course is were you may well be incorrect. This new drilling brings an entirely new prospect for CNR which many seem to be missing. In a worst case scenario, we no longer need move the village, we are highly economic without that now, albeit not as good as if we can get them to resettle. One is certain Mark is exploring all the options here !!!

SS69 I understand your frustration but when was this "failed PC over a year ago". As to feelings at an all time low, I'm sensing frustration but not low feelings. Agreed about the new GM, it has to be a smary move.

SS69 apart from the legal situation in respect of the damaged equipment, what is it that makes you think this. I was given to understand that CNR had been forbidden to communicate (by central government) in respect of the relocation plans until only recently.

It's all about timing and we've been very unlucky, I remain hopeful our luck will change.
