indeed, very good article from Novacyt point of view, is says how bad the LFT tests are

PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) Primer Design guidelines premierbiosoft.com/tech_notes/PCR_Primer_Design.html done by premierbiosoft for Thermo Fisher http://www.premierbiosoft.com/news/news/premier-biosoft-releases-glycanexplorer-software-for-biotherapeutic-glycan-characterization.html
It's just the name, but couldn't be more confusing! BTW, has Primer Design (the Novacyt one) got any bio-software development providers or do they use their own staff?
It's an old article, but it says that Novacyt supplies its kit to more than 80 countries in the world. I remember seeing 57 countries figure earlier on on this forum.

Forgot to add...
few weeks later, normal VAT invoice follows.
Upon successful delivery of the the parcel with goods and delivery note), normal invoice is being sent (the same amount of course) with note *PAID*. This is normal VAT invoice, so my client accountants can save it in order to deduct the vat element in thr future tc.
Getting late, bye for now;)

Is there any evidence of this, as it would be useful for the research?

There are controversies in Poland about Mr Milewski - who is Member of Board at Blirt SA) and who is also advisor to President Duda.
The official company statement from Blirt:
'BLIRT has bought all available tests, which British company (Novacyt) had at the time of ordering. We were the only owner of such huge amount of tests at the time.
In response to the enquiry from Poland Ministry of Health , we urgently delivered all the tests in urgent mode. Beneficiary of the order are Polish patients".
Polish Gov wasn't able to order more tests at the time as Novacyt probably had too many orders elsewhere. That's what I meant by saying Novacyt wasn't able to produce them at the time and in short notice. I suspect now Novacyt had increased their production capabilities and it is not a problem anymore...

Please note the following statement is completely nonsense "even stuff not produced, might be sold and invoiced pro-forma."
Have you ever had your financial statements audited?

Regarding pro-forma invoices
https://www.astutium.com/knowledgebase/683/Pro-forma-Invoices---what-are-they-and-why-do-I-need-to-pay-it-.html
I do send pro-forma invoices (Ltd company to Ltd company in the UK) on my client's request. Sometimes they wish to spend money by the end of the year (December) and I get advance payment. Goods are not even ready at the time of payment. Automation sector, control panels, PLC and SCADA systems. Could send previous invoices (eg. Jaguar Land Rover) and receipts of payments as a proof.
I like pro-formas as they help if you have problems with the cash flow. Not sure whether you can do this between different countries though...
I found also this
Katalyst Communications Limited trading as GeneMe UK, 18 Soho Square, London W1D 3QL
https://geneme.uk/contact-us/
Andrew Wheeler is the CEO. I think this is just the UK distributor... The Yoti platform looks interesting (online app with test results). Does Novacyt has anything similar in place? This is good solution for airports etc.
The world needs testing, millions of tests for years to come... I'm not sure about the reasons behind the 5.2 mln collection, but it might be to increase production capacity...they recently started partnership with US based company
https://pr.reblonde.com/geneme-biolyph-partnership/
and plan to produce 1mln of tests by the end of 2020...
Demand is huge as you see, Novacyt is not able to produce the required amount of tests needed worldwide. Blirt SA has bought all the tests available for sales to Poland, even Poland Ministry of Health wasn't able to buy more tests from Novacyt directly, simply as none were available due to huge demand in the UK and worldwide. Every country just got their fair share...
That's why Novacyt sales may exceed £900mln this year, even stuff not produced, might be sold and invoiced pro-forma.
GeneMe is doing the start-up business global business, they had no money to start, that why collection took place. Somebody is directing them from the UK (GM? ;) ) as you see UK involvement in their articles

They are like Novacyt 2 years ago... having to raise £5mln shows you no cash available. Ideas, but no cash. Opposite to Novacyt - ideas and cash.
171 of known distributors. That's great achievement in a year, thanks for clarification. If real number of distributors is something like 300, then abroad sales figures could be between £200mln worst case scenario up to even £1bln 240mln, we don't know. I'll halve it and stick with £720mln abroad sales prediction until official figures arrive ...
Sales to all the foreign countries will be huge IMO.
According to Novacyt Financials.xlsx (widely available on this forum thanks to ShaunP), Novacut is selling to at least 157 distributors in 55 countries, they are known distributors, might be more than that.
The essay below is only about one distributor in particular (BLIRT SA - blirt.pl). Since selling PrimerDesign kits their sales increased from 2.75mln PLN (0.55mln GBP) in 3rd quarter 2019 to 14.8 mln PLN (2.96mln GBP) in 3rd quarter 2020, this is 438% increase. Up to 2.41mnln GBP are covid related sales.
Sales Jan 2020 - Sept 2020 33.3mln PLN (6.66mln GBP). Up to 5.16 mln GBP of covid related sales.
http://biznes.pap.pl/espi/pl/reports/view/2,457098
Blirt is supplying Poland Ministry of Health. Confirmed PrimerDesign kit orders up to 11.05.2020 are 3.5 mln PLN (0.7mln GBP), but I expect this figure to be 3 - 4 mln GBP right now.
https://www.money.pl/gospodarka/koronawirus-firma-zwiazana-z-doradca-dudy-niezle-zarobila-na-zamowionych-przez-rzad-testach-6509275045480577a.html
Company recently got an extra order of 6.3mln PLN (1.26mln GBP) for staged deliveries in November - December 2020
http://biznes.pap.pl/espi/pl/reports/view/2,456966#pvy7zfso61
I suspect this is staged supply for Poland Ministry of Health. End of Year report will be available by 15th of Jan 2021. More info to follow as soon as this is available
Another distributor of PrimerDesign kits in Poland
https://dnagdansk.com/pl/product,1671/genesig-sars-cov-2-winterplex-96-reakcji-ce-ivd/
Net price (without VAT) for Wintetplex is 22,542.00 PLN (4,508.40 GBP). This is Genesig SARS-CoV-2 Winterplex (96 reactions)
My worst estimate is (0.7mln per distributor * 155 known distributors = 108.5 mln GBP of sales)
More likely this will be 4mln * 155 known distributors = 620 mln GBP of sales).
Sales from abroad will be huge IMO. And good times will come in New Year after releasing the sales figures. Another lockdown is on the horizon, so next year will be jab&test, jab&test, jab&test.
Hold and wait that's the best you can do right now. This stock will rocket to £20 price in the next couple of months. Don't let shorters to get your shares.
Article from BBC 16 mins ago: "Rapid lateral flow tests, which can detect the new strain and give a result in about 30 minutes, will be used rather than the 24 hours required for so-called PCR tests.
The drivers will receive the result by text message, and this message would give them the right to cross the Channel."
Am I missing something? I thought thst only certain PCRs ( and not all of them ) can detect the new strain... I thought LFTs are completely useless. Why govt is still using them? Is it a price?
