Samson, if you look at the * it says "estimate based on leak spreadsheets". So I don't think the table is a primary source. Rather an amalgamation of leaks or various sources which is why it may contain some data but not others I would presume.
Any thoughts on using raised funds for the "repayment of existing creditors" omitted from the RNS? This tells me they are looking to reduce liability for certain creditors. As otherwise they would use the funds (which are in short supply) to conduct the primary business.

Doesn't look good Blakeney. "Payment of outstanding creditors" instead of extract ore/gold tells it's own story. If the grades have indeed been covered up....

It’s funny the closer we get to the end, the main protagonists are now talking “if” it ends in failure and talking about eventualities when it happens. Also, they’ve now become traders who buy low and sell high after ****ging those who done it before. If that doesn’t tell us what way this is heading, I don’t know what will. One big **** covering exercise with many faces putting on different masks now the end is coming.

Forget dilution. This is the statement you should concern yourself with

And once you've done that. Ask how long 1.5M will last when 3M went in weeks, just weeks ago.

Who knows. What I do know is letting the company go to 8k cash when you have 500k ready to invest is suspicious if you really believe in it. Why let it get to 8k and release the figure of 8k in RNS. Trying to paint a picture? Trying to give shareholders a last ditch chance to "save" the company as per previous emails. Only heading one way this. And it ain't mountains of gold.

1.5M will last less than a month. Prepare yourself for administration news when grade reports don't hold up imho. New co will redefine grade reports, mine slower with no debts or shareholders to determine pace. It's being dressed up as a great "offer" and great opportunity to buy in at this low price. In reality, it's because 20p is higher than 8p when it hits administration. They're not giving it away out the goodness of their heart. Why is NLR only putting in 250k, I wonder, if the opportunity is so great. I'd put in 250k to get some 1.25M of bills paid too I suppose. DYOR.

In answer to all of the questions posed. Nothing makes sense because it isn't sensible. More money will be pumped in, more stories will come out about problem this, problem that. Then more disgruntled shareholders when the price collapses because the cash has finally run out and you're not allowed to run a business insolvently. Administration will follow. Why do you think they're incentivising buys at 15p? The goodness of their heart or because theres no cash left and they expect another exit? No legal administration update I see. I wonder why??? NLR will become the great hero of saving the business at 8p per share with promises of gold tomorrow, after you've all paid for the equipment and cleared most of the bill. Then it will evolve into a generational company than trundles along paying small profits off of refined grade reports to those willing to wait decades for it. Will repost this in a few years. Enjoy.

Rather than multiple stories of them hills being full of gold, or multiple stories about it's all happening tomorrow, just wait and see, perhaps we can get the company to show a £1 profit. All the gold in the world is worth zilch until this happens.
With so much debt, so many problems with grades and now we need a drill rig that's never been mentioned before. How long will it be until we deliver £1 profit? If ever. The life of the mine is currently 4 weeks based on the 8k we had left in the bank. Or 8 years if we can continue to raise more debt to keep afloat. But when will we get all of these multiple mines full of riches. Does anyone really see it in the next 3-5 years?

Starting to sound like some are weighing up the possibility of administration. Btw, if the company goes into administration, all shares and trades will be frozen and whoever buys will probably offer pennies of what the good folk here have invested. No win win for anyone. Starting to look like I could be right all along tbh.

No answers. All bluster. It’s what they don’t say. The stuff they won’t talk about. The stuff they’ll do anything but give answers too… that’s the stuff you should all be looking at.

On more important points, one of the posters here mentioned a post on twitter saying PD is MIA. Can anyone confirm as much?
Also, any update on where 3M went in the last 2 months?
Or any update on administration guidance?
Or even any news on how long 1.5M will last when there was 8k left in the bank less than 24 days ago?
Anyone care about this, or is all distraction with races talk and such like.

I would be interested to hear further on bp point about pd. remember what I said, it’s what they don’t say.
Do you know one of the reasons I knew the lhs grade was low. Because when I posed the statement to tb, he didn’t laugh out loud, he asked me if I could see the future. That confirmed it. He thinks he’s a fisherman, he’s just a pawn. Like I told you all before, I’m a good chess player. Nothing worse than a pawn who thinks it’s a king.

It looks to me as if the reason they included the 8k cash position in the rns was because they have too. Otherwise it would have been hidden. Either that or it’s so in a few months when it all goes wrong, they can claim transparency to cover their backsides.
If the burn rate of cash is 2-3M per month, it doesn’t matter, it’s already over.

Sgz next RNS: Theres millions in the ground, millions I tell you. Hundreds of millions. Once we spend more millions on exploration in 10 years we will find millions more. Just give us 1.5 more million after the last 3 million and we promise we will give you hundreds of millions tomorrow even though it's taken us 13 years to ask for 1.5 million more. The biggest question for me today.... who asks for 1.5M, without revealing what happened to the last 3M, raised just a few months ago. It's not what they say that counts, it's what they don't. No administration update I see.

Develop the mine then administration after to buy up private on the cheap with all the equipment to boot. They'll be the great hero's saving jobs for the future. Or share dilution. Who knows but I won't be buying to find out.

Who's ready for the next round of bad news? Remember the last raise at 40p when everyone was told to be reassured because the directors were buying in... followed by news of administration looming.
Well, those same smart directors now have shares worth 15p at best. Will administration news follow this latest raise when the money runs out?
According to some on this board, this was PD time to shine. 4.9g/t isn't shinning, it's stinking. According to some there was bags and bags of gold just sitting waiting to be processed. Yet now we are looking for more money.
