So reading between the lines… the solicitors emails were genuine, lhs isn’t going to plan, a raft of irregularities have occurred that possibly border on the illegal and all this lot can say is… if you didn’t visit on Easter Sunday, we ain’t telling you the secrets.
I think I’ve heard all I need to. Samson and tb, you may owe a lot of people more than a pint for your attitudes on here pushing the company when answers were required. Silence says more than you could.

I think an easy one would be trading while insolvent. Or not fulfilling their corporate responsibilities. The promise of jam tomorrow doesn’t negate liquidity issues as one of the board members asked the solicitors.
If the board knew they needed cash to continue and went on a pr spin campaign talking of millions in the ground whilst withholding key facts such as the grades arnt tallying or profits are going to be lower or engaging with administration lawyers at the same time, it will be damming.

TB I think you should answer iggy question. The seriousness of it is more important than meeting face to face in a pub.
Is it time police scotland got involved? Or serious crime? If they can investigate 600k with the political parties then surely multiple millions would be of interest.
Emails, disclosures, insider trading, pumping the stock, pre packed administrations, non disclosures of critical information, withholding key facts, all potential considerations in certain historical cases.

Tb, as for the ore turning to waste, why did it take so long to report it? I’d be interested to know why it took so long to find out it had turned to waste too. Why did it take months to report the company is exploring administration options.
A lot of unanswered questions and you can not blame the people with integrity on this journey to ask simple logical questions when their has been failings. If this collapses, I foresee a class action.

That must be a code or something. All the 4s. It should be all the 9s though, as in 999 for this lot. No updates on lhs is worrying. I’m sure they’re blasting but I’m not convinced on what the grades will be. Rumour has it the vain narrows too much for lhs to be a success. Who knows. 4 weeks will tell.

TB, I seen a gold pour prior to administration surfacing. Why would one after it's surfaced change my mind. You seem to think the grand tour, gold pour, spin thing will work. If you had any degree of experience you would know it's not possible to "see" successful LHS. It's a mound of ore than needs graded to determine it's worth. Even if it was worth 1M, if it's cost 1.1M to extract, it's meaningless. I'd be more interested in seeing the books than a pile of rocks. You'll learn.

I've nothing to hide as i've said all along. Some just won't have you believe it because if what I say is true, it's curtains. So they'd rather try to discredit me.

The only thing I can do here is to try and get honest answers so noone else is duped into believing it's a company worth billions while they talk about administration. Or perhaps get honest answers for a robust share price for long term growth. Either way, hiding the truth won't end well as we have seen to date. I'm not your enemy, i've not lied to you and you need to start engaging your brain to look at this properly.

Samson, why arn't you asking what i'm asking?
Believe it or not... i've never lied to you. I've mocked you and provoked you perhaps. But i've told you no lies. If I was trying to manipulate something as you seem to think, would I not be spreading disinformation rather than asking people who are involved with the company questions?
Why is asking for transparency and ASKING a question such an issue. I'm not making a statement about grades or LHS. I'm asking.

Morar, i've never had an alias on this. My name is Andrew, i'm 35. Believe it or believe them, it makes no difference. But ask them to answer the questions i've asked about grades and LHS. It benefits more than me. I'll be happy to hear of great success. But why is it so hushed up?

April: We're being forced to tell you we might face administration because someone leaked we had been talking about it to solicitors. Btw, we need an emergency 500k loan to stay afloat.
