Any other share would be 200m mcap on that news. The implication and application of this is multi multi billion dollars. Escapes me it is sat at £40m mcap

Mookster - I dont expect finance in 15 days, its totally unrealistic to expect a $1.7bn funding package to be signed, sealed and delivered. I am expecting it within a 2-3 month timeframe to manage my own expectations. Personally I'd love that as it likely means constant topping up for now. Anything sub 1p is just a total bargain.

Financial close for $1.7bn is no small feat. It might take months. Certainly won't be a week or 2. Great 12-24 month hold.

Its because they have just announced the same news twice, 1st time - we have preliminary agreed, second time - it's agreed. They haven't delivered the finance yet, which by the sounds of it will be a few weeks away if the agreement has just completed.

As long as they are exercised before the sale is officially announced, thats fine CJ. They would benefit.

cj - warrant holders would get nothing if the warrants are not exercised before the event, the company acquiring would still pay as if that was stock in circulation but the EUA would benefit not the warrant holder. The Directors likely have special terms on their warrants which likely would be more like stock options.

Options are treated differently to warrants, Options are defined in acquisition as being owned and the employee would get the difference in takeover paid, vesting period as normal even under the new parent, or shares in the acquiring company if that is the model.
