Rhodi - never heard such tripe. I work for a US Tech company and we closed a substantial multi million funding round 3 weeks into the lockdown and the valuation the company wanted. Palladium's price is still above $2k and future predictions of it are well north of that. If / When we sell MT it wont be on a spot price or market conditions but underlying asset value. If there is a a variance in value based on market conditions, it wont be more than 5-10%.

a) I have invested what I can afford to lose
b) work in B2B Sales ($500k upward deals) and understand the complexities and timescales those take including legals etc and its longer than 3 months for those, this is likely billions so have some perspective.
c) The guys running EUA are credible guys with track records, they know how to play the game when it comes to large scale negotiations and also market manipulation and opportunity that can arise due to asset sales or takeovers.
d) Its well know there are groups of traders / shorters, generally manipulative low life scum that frequent these boards and AIM shares im particular, the longer we are suspended until the right news can be delivered the better.

Gap filled back to yesterdays close hence the bounce and back north.

30-35p at least today. This is so undervalued. Should be £200m mcap just on ebitda, and there is $6.5bn in bid pipeline. Lets assume they close only 5% of that. Thats over a billion mcap.

$64m and thats without this contract. Bloody hell how undervalued is this. 4x EBITDA is pretty conservative for a valuation and thats $256m so £200m. Thats what the mcap should be based on that alone.

Size contract between $6-50m. Lets assume $25m so £20m. PE of very conservative x 8. £160m mcap target really. Current mcap £65m. Target 30-35p minimum which is £125-130m mcap

If the backlog is even $200m thats a billion mcap and £2 plus a share, so a very solid medium term hold.

Yes this is only a positive, as they have to be paid for on exercise! Again if there is anything untoward, then EUA (forgetting shareholders for a second) will have seriously disgruntled employees as well.
