· Revenues of £5.5 million for 17-month period to 31 December 2019 (12-month period to 31 July 2018: £2.8 million)

· Operating loss of £18.0 million for 17-month period to 31 December 2019 (12-month period to 31 July 2018: £10.4 million)

· Increased R&D investment, driven by strong progress in therapeutic programmes, leading to reported loss of £15.6 million (2018: £8.8 million)

· Loss per ordinary share 13.0p (2018: 13.5p)"

That would make a nice 7am RNS. 700K tests per week for France

Quick reminder for any new or unsure investors:

Antigen tests - show if you have the virus now, they will also confirm asymptomatic carriers. Antigen tests are used to test anyone who arrives at hospital ill and are the largest part of the current daily tests being performed. These tests will also be used to confirm you no longer have the virus before leaving hospital, more than one test required per person.

Antibody tests - show if you've had it, but because it takes a while for antibodies to develop you must have been infected for 14-28 days before the test will return a valid result. These tests are no good for testing frontline workers or anyone who has become recently infected. But they will be good for confirming if you've had the virus allowing you to have the immunity passport.

Both tests are required and will co-exist in the market place.

“Chris Hopson, chief executive of NHS Providers, which represents hospitals and NHS trusts in England, said the UK should replicate mass testing capacity that has been seen in countries such as Germany and South Korea.

He said: "The focus on 'we are going to perform 100,000 tests a day' is really a red herring because all it does is measure how many tests get performed today.
"What we need to know is what are we going to do in terms of the testing regime over the next six, eight, 10, 12 weeks as we come out of lockdown?"

In order to exit lockdown, Mr Hopson said the 800,000 people who work for the NHS would need to be tested around once a week.”

Some might argue antibody tests will be rolled out to NHS staff to see who’s already been infected and safe to return to work. But nobody knows how long we’ll stay immune after infection, so It makes sense our test will remain the best way to test frontline staff until a vaccine is available.

That’s 3.2M tests per month for NHS staff, more if you include other frontline workers in weekly tests. Vaccine 6-12 months away if trials are successful.
