...my rant to Russell.....
‘Thank you for your response Russell, whilst I did not expect you to give full details of the award of the license, I do think we (the loyal private investors) are entitled to some sort of credible update and clearly I‘m not the only one with this opinion....
https://www.lse.co.uk/ShareChat.asp?ShareTicker=KRS
I think it is only fair to update investors on this issue as we have now been waiting over five years on the award of the license and, as you can see from the LSE bulletin board, many are losing patience.
Surely we deserve more in the way of communications?’
JR, Nayega is,in northern Togo, and.....
‘The climate of Togo is mostly tropical, save the northern-most portion, which gives way to semi-arid savanna. Average annual temperatures are slightly cooler on the coast, at around 81.5°F and rise to 86°F in the interior regions. As a tropical country, Togo experiences two distinct seasons: the ‘dry’ season and the ‘wet’ season. However, average rainfall is not very high. The air feels humid and heavy during the wet season, with not much actual precipitation.
The wet season lasts for seven months in Togo, between November and March, until desert winds called the ‘harmatten’ blow in from the north, creating cooler and drier weather.’
So we have around 10 weeks left before officially the wet season starts.
Happy to be corrected Chirps, so here’s how I got to the figure...
1000,000 Keras at current SP of 0.0051 = £5100
For every 1000,000 KRS shares we get 317400 Calidus shares
So 317400 x 0.039 (current SP in cents) x 0.5574 (conversion from cents to pence) = £6900
Therefore total value = £12000
Like I say, happy to be corrected.
...current KRS SP of say 0.0051 (sell price) and CAI of 0.0217 (converted from cents to pence), a current holding of 1000000 KRS shares incorporating the CAI allocation would be worth £12,000, giving each KRS share a true value of £0.012, more or less two and a half times it’s current level.
So, you people selling clearly have money to throw away and you people who haven’t yet bought....why?
Ramp/rant over ;-)
