When Hamas attacked Israel the oil price spiked to $93 less about a month later we are $83 & hopefully headings towards sub $80 holding at these levels or lower will bring forward interest rates cuts.. I want to have my full holding when they start cutting.. Incidentally the Yanks have factored in June to start cutting rates but they are much closer to 2% than us at 3.7%. They might find themselves at 2% a lot quicker than June with oil in the $70s for a few months.. The oil tanker inflation is definitely turning & also noted all building materials are lower again along with freight dropping of a Cliff the list goes on just got hang in there & the Macro will finally be doing us all a favour. My no1 priority is to be fully invested when the interest rate cuts start & though they saying higher for longer that could all go out of the window very quickly. US already predicting June cuts wouldn’t be surprised to see that brought forward as inflation already down to 3.70% in US they could be cutting April/May Rocket Fuel…

It’s finally turning @2phevs gonna get interesting when they realise they’ve overcooked it as last 2% interest rate rises hasn’t even kicked in yet….
