Whatever it was that drove SP up last summer it was all happening in the background. Don’t forget Gallemore bought 578,010 shares on the 21st June & Jane Far 40,000 on 22 June.. Something was brewing as like I said 85% rise on No News.. They buy in the middle of the rise. ICON sale was announced we continued to rise & when that deal fell through we dropped of a Cliff.. Again as always with THG it’s guesswork.. Did a deal fall through for a partnership cos Moulding needed the money from ICON.. Not like Gallemore to open his wallet.. Is that deal now back on with ICON as alluded to in an article & has that now got the partnership deal back on.. Thoughts on a postcard but no share rises 85% in 2 months without a very good reason…

That’s all MA taken last one MA200 - 67.90.. Let’s hope we have a run like in the summer when we went from 60p to £1.10 under its own steam and though we comment Daily none of us know the reason for that 85% rise..

Must be many more funds looking to add THG right now with all the positives and looking at into 2024 I couldn’t be more confident..Coming through last 2 years random one off events surviving & cooking out to be a much stronger & leaner business all bodes well for SP.. Yes I’d agree with that @2phevs I also was £100k+ down at 32p.. Glad I had the balls to buy a load at 32p and through the 30’s 40’s when I was in a deep deep hole…It’s now given me a nice low average I’m comfortable with.. SP will recover eventually but nothing much going up in this crazy World environment.. More patience required I think Peaks & Jan 2024 results could be the boost as compared to last year with postal strikes, energy crisis, Fear Fear, I think they will ‘Smash it’! This year everyone is so ‘Over It’ everything they are going to say ‘Fu.k It’ & spend up big.. Lots of money sloshing around for our demographic.. GLA

@manc.. Do you not think when people visit the following ESPA Spas, Corinthia Hotels, Gleneagles, Turnberry, Intercontinental Dubai, One & Only etc etc it’s not good for the ESPA brand & sales.. Doesn’t seem like a vanity project to me. Regarding Hale I’m more than happy with the £1Mil + profit for THG.. I hope you get your Taps fixed.. 😉

You have completely contradicted yourself as the 300 ESPA Spa’s are not owned by THG. (1 Hale). THG are paid to help design them & fully stock the 300 with ESPA products.. Therefore they are doing exactly what you want! -

You do realise we own ESPA with over 300 Spas in 55 countries.. Universally recognised as one of the world’s leading spa and skincare brands. It’s not exactly a stretch to think it’s a good idea to own a Spa..which uses ESPA like Hale Spa.. The fact that it’s hugely profitable I’m not sure what the problem is.. GLA LTH

When this turns which I expect to be approx Jan results 2024 alongside a changing Macro environment as Inflation expected to be 4% in January and the outlook for 2024/25 of cutting interest rates I want to be holding my full 250k as we will look back on this is a once in a lifetime. Like Warren Buffett says gotta always be in the market..

@1pencil yes we do often forget when we are stuck in this negativity macro cycle which surely is coming to an end even with the Israel situation. It almost seems like another lifetime when throwing figures $6.3 Bil around but only a few years & as you say a buoyant market is game changer. Let’s also not forget a few years ago Moulding got £800 Million out of SoftBank at £5.96 a share!! So all that Capex into Ingenuity etc all done on a buoyant market deal. It’s time for patience to wait until the market swings and we are valued correctly.. GLA LTH

I’m sure you are just using JD as an example cos JD are doing their own distribution with a huge coverage of US over several states. They certainly still could use Ingenuity for all the Tik tok, influencers, media etc but I’d imagine they are over that themselves.. IMO
