Bargain hunting time

Retail investors like to buy the highs and positivity whilst selling the lows and negativity. So i wouldn't expect you or the majority to be positive here

However, it doesn't take a genius to read the last operations update and the voting shares update to piece together whats going on here. But yes you carry on being bearish at the lows.

Given how depressed the shareprice is, and of course how well the business is actually performing (Recent RNS update). I think new team is announced and we will likely see this do 50%+ back towards 0.3p in January for starters

Yea i think their cash figure will be about £3.5m come end of March once the finaol tranche of Tax Loss Deal is paid. Either way they will have a heck of alot of cash to put to good use. The bod have hinted at numerous opportunities to add value outside of their current projects. Personally i think its a bit of a no brainer here at these levels when most of the small cap stocks are in need of constant cash & placings which damage the shareprice. No danger of that here

Interview is great and Mike makes a valid point. They could have secured a higher value than $4.5m had they accepted longer payment terms. Personally i'm much happier to see them get $4.5m spread into 2 installments in Jan & March rather than say $6-$7m spread over 2 years

Market doesn't like uncertaintity so maybe. But i think any dips are fantastic buying opportunities because when you look at the business its in a strong psoition and already hugely undervalued. Now Guido is gone fresh blood backed by the largest shareholders can hopefully take this back to where it belongs at 1p+

In a word yes. The next move was to call an EGM to boot Guido out and get fresh blood in for the turnaround.

Thankfully Guido has decided to step down so this means January doesn’t become a voting fight instead it fast tracks the turnaround. This has been planned for a while so I expect the new guys are already lined ul

I see a few hoping for a cheap entry by playing on the fear of people’s emotions.

The business has loads of cash and a strong forward order projection for next year

Next RNS will be new directors and management change. But as usual retail will sell the lows just before the big turnaround. Always happens ha.

People are nervous because they don’t understand what is going on. The largest shareholders have been at loggerheads with Guido for a while about the direction of the business.

The recent RNS regarding non voting shares being converted to voting shares was the chess pieces moving ready to call an EGM to requisite the board.

I’m really pleased that after a terrible past 12 months in terms of shareprice, a new team will be put in and Guido agreed to step aside. The company has turned around last month or so with good cash balance and a busy 2025 of forward orders already locked in

I can see this being one of the surprise multibaggers of Q1 2025 as we start to look up to fair value. Currently £9m Mcap is a joke

Business has strong cash position, some huge forward orders for 2025 and greatly improved payment terms

I think the change of management is the final piece of puzzle to see the shareprice finally start to gain traction and reward shareholders

Those rooting for failure will likely be disappointed as this is likely the precursor to the final piece of puzzle in the turnaround play. Q1 2025 going to be one of the best performing shares

Everyone hoping for a dip to buy based on the uncertainty but my guess is that will likely be snapped up pretty quick, if there even is one. Business is in great shape and the company was screaming out for change. This is likely the start of the major turnaround play

Certainly looks possible by Christmas

Struggling to see how a £2.5m cash injection is anything but a huge positive. Some will argue they expected more based on what directors indicated but it’s not easy closing a deal like this. Especially given all those who failed

Even £500k for the tax losses would have been a bonus. The market had priced them to never materialise

Now they will wrap up deal in January and go into 2025 in an incredibly strong position compared to most AIM explorers
