Yes because back in November there was no certaintity the Heads of Terms would have been sign and how quickly things would have been wrapped up.

Would have been great to be a month or so ahead of schedule as then the bod probably wouldn't have been forced tyo raise £1m at 0.33p. However it has provided a great opportunity at these levels

Yea plus takes bit of time for Nomad to do the appropriate checks and due dilligence omn whoever is proposed. Think next week is a good bet to get this all wrapped up

Yes agreed. Can't blame them i guess. That being said it sounds like its pretty much nailed on so the RvR at these levels is very compelling for a January or Q1 trade

I think the market is yet to price in the Tax Loss deal despite Heads of Terms being signed pre Christmas. It was non binding however all deals of that nature are non binding, so i'm personally very encouraged by this. Looks like the probabilities are very high of getting this wrapped up in January. Can't imagine it stays trading at 0.3p. I'd expect a return to the 0.4s at least for starters. Early bird January buyers today onwards should do well

1. We have relentless block buyers every day for last few months. With no sign of stopping

2. We don’t know what the buyers are seeing that we do not. Probably because whatever they expect to happen hasn’t happened yet

So retail continue to deramp and chat rubbish whilst completely missing the point… and the rise

2 trading days. Big buyers want this all wrapped up super quick now.

Lets see what the directors have up their sleeves. If you look at the market cap, and the cash they've gone on top of the world class assets, this is incredibly cheap. Directors keep buying open market and in the last couple placings. Don't expect this to stay at all time lows for much longer

January is the month to lock in that $4.5m deal. Whats also great about this one is the fact the terms of payment are half in January on deal conclusion and other half in March. Thats the full lot in Q1 which is fantastic. Often these deals have horrible payment terms attached which drag it out for years. I'm happy the team negotiated a really good deal even if they had to accept a slightly lower price, cash is king and ECR are going to have bucket loads of it

Yep agreed spot on. Good post. No one is trying to claim WBi is an amazing stock. But its regularly been in the £25m-£50m Mcap bracket and has had a terrible year or so. This does indeed present unique opportunity and the recent RNS with the business update sounded very promising if and when they get a new CEO approved.

I always find negative posters like Sarah crop up at these inflection points. They never hold any shares and yet they spend alot of time on the boards. Makes you wonder hey. My motives are clear. I hold stock. I'm underwater BUT i believe in the turnaround story from here, and there is potentially alot of money to be made.

Expect the resident derampers to disappear once new team are appointed and the stock starts going up in January

Its not that it threw a spanner in the works, it simply meant they were preparing to call an EGM to vote Guido off the board.

The good thing is Guido took the hint and resigned so we can move straight forward quickly appointing new CEO and taking the business forward

HAd that not been the case then January likely would have been a slog with investors waiting for EGM and then the vote to see what happened

Gosh people are so impatient. It’s festive period. No one is going to be updating website. They clearly already have directors lined up this has been worked on for a while. Nomad will have to do some DD on any new appointments which can take a few days

Relax ffs. Business is in a strong position

The company’s recent business update shows huge forward orders for 2025 with more to come. It shows streamlining and cost cutting. It shows better payment terms and stockpile of product to sell.

They have £1.5m cash in bank and your window to find a negative at £9m Mcap is closing as once new directors announced there will be no looking back

Any sellers are just filling a huge buy order. Still almost full ask to buy. Think next few buys it could leave 0.2p behind for good

The dip was bought pretty fast and aggressively. Lets see where we end up this week. My guess is towards 0.5p
