Should hear in next couple hours. The RNS was 11:30am last week and they were last on schedule and ran out of time, hence court adjourned. This time they are first up. In fact due to the 4.5 hours time difference they could already be finished.

High probability court decision is given today. And high probability it goes in OEXs favour because quite frankly GSPC haven't a leg to stand on.

Yes could well be an earlier RNS this time. India are 4.5 hours in front. So could see 7am RNS with the result. Maybe we'll see an ASX suspension tonight and then news first thing. If not i would expect it tomorrow morning regardless.

0.21p ASK and looks like its ready to move fast into close this afternoon

Looks like we could see a run to 0.22/0.23p into close. Very bullish book. We know the the reason court was adjourned was because they were last on the schedule and ran out of time. This time they are 1st on the schedule for tomorrow so we should get the result we want. Then who knows how high it will go.

As i said last week the reason the court was adjourned was because OEX case was last on the schedule and they ran out of time. The RNS said the case was only 'Partly heard' and the broker spoke to the company who confirmed it will be completed for definite Thursday this time.

The case is fairly straightforward and i expect OEX to win with no issues. Its been hanging over OEX for quite a few months and they haven't been able to do anything until 4th Sept. Could be a stormer of a week. Maybe even see the dizzy heights of 1p. Value is certainly buying at these levels.

Seabed Survey has been completed. Coulter progressing well. Looks like we could see this moving back up. ADL by far the cheapest exposure with 8% and tiny mcap

That 8p historical has always provided a solid support zone for a trend change. With the news today I would expect us to be back above 10p sharpish

People complain when there is months of silence, people complain when the bod keep us updated. You can't win. They had a significant couple of meetings with the Minister and I for one am happy to see that approval is likely to be imminent. It's been a frustrating time for shareholders and the GEO management but sounds like we are close to getting back up and running.

Volume decent, dip under 2p support has been bought up. Some chunky buys showing up. Think we see a strong close to the week and some excitement on the RNS feed next week.

Right panic over. People can read the RNS and see that it implies the court was adjourned because they ran out of time. Hence the case was only partly heard. Next Thursday is 27th, 5 trading days from now. So i'd expect to see things build now into next week from here

Spoke to Broker who said he had spoken to company and they were last on the court appearance for today, the other cases had over run so the reason it was adjourned was because they ran out of time. Hence the RNS said the case was only partly heard. Guess we will build into the 27th Sept now, which is only Thursday next week. GLA

This is common and can happen frequently when dealing with Courts. OEX will get the result, but on the 27th instead. Givesu another week to build into it

Its only 5.5 trading days away. Not long. Reckon today is a good day to pick up a bargain. Hardly the end of the world.

Great acquisition and looks like we could see this trading towards 7p this week

Stock from 15p placing forward sold due to settlement issues. Settlement is today so should see selling dry up and a strong bounce. Back to 20p

15p-18p area is what they have in mind i think. As always lets wait for the RNS though. Eitherway expect this to start to move shortly.

Looks likely some big trades popping up.
