Nice rest of bullish trendline. Getting squeeze into that 3.3/3.4p resistance with higher lows. When it pops will go 6p in a flash. Expect to see some news shortly to act as the catalyst for that move. Anyone wanting a top up, this is the level

The placing funds were going to be used 'specifically' to help close off the first deal. I'd expect news anyday here and the business model here is incredible given the tiny mcap. A huge multibagger on the horizon. These sub 3p levels will be gone in a flash soon

Thursday we have court case which i assume won't be adjourned again as pointless for everyone involved. Regardless though, by November things will go in favour of OEX anyway when either a settlement is reached or OEX have the full 100% stake in Cambay... I doubt GSPC will want that so they will find a way to settle. That means cash in bank for OEX. I shoul;d add though that OEX are fully funded to drill and cashed up regardless. So its a BONUS not a necessity. Win Win

Should see this wrapped up on Thursday. Either OEX get some kind of cash payout from GSPC or they will inherit 100% ownership of Cambay. As soon as we have a result they can start drilling. However its not even the end of the world if there is no conclusion Thursday as in 30 days the government will award GSPCs stake in Cambay to OEX anyway as part of the 90 day agreement. GSPCs only hope is to come to a settlement agreement in court and pay OEX some cash. Strong Buy down here. The market doesn't understand the strong position OEX are in hence the lack of decent price rise...yet ;)

Its not a 20% spread. Forget and ignore the advertised spread. The actual live buy and sell price is much much closer.

Nothing wrong with people trading this but at end of day, like i said, regardless of 11th Oct OEX will be drilling in Q4 and will either have a lump of extra cash in their back pocket or 100% ownership. Its quite simple really. Load up at these levels and they'll be a trade to 0.5p before Christmas.

As expected plenty shrewd buyers lapping up at these prices. Still trading underneath 0.19p placing recently. The company is funded for drilling so the panic over this Court case is unfounded. Whether its resolved on 11th October or the government steps in in November (End of 90 day period) to grant OEX 100% ownership of Cambay is largely irrelevant. OEX WILL be drilling soon and they will either get a cash settlement from GSPC or gain 100% exposure to Cambay. Both options are very attractive with the mcap down at these levels. STRONG BUY

Its quite simple. Either the court grant OEX 100% ownership of Cambay or a settlement is reached for GSPC to pay OEX up to $3m to keep their stake in Cambay. If a resolution isn't managed in court then the government will transfer full ownership of Cambay to OEX anyway as GSPC have defaulted. That'll be at the end of the 90 day term, which is early November. So either way is a strong buy down here

Shame about it being adjourned again but sub 0.19p makes it an easy buy or top up. Keeps bouncing between 0.17p -0.22p whilst the court case is ongoing. I was very surprised it wasn't concluded today and so were the OEX management. However it just increases the odds even more of it being concluded on 6th Oct.

Its very quick to drum up and RNS saying Court Adjourned... I believe its finished around now so we should be getting something soon. Likely at somepoint thsi afternoon

It won't be adjourned again. Like I've said a few times the reason for the last one was they were last on schedule and ran out of time. The case was partly heard. This time they are first up and could well be finished already.
