Everyone knew TEK needed some cas so at least thats now out the way and can look up. The good news is it allows them to speed up the develeopment and progress of their proftolio of i nvestments & assets.

Agree. The significance of the diamonds are big though. As once monitised they will allow the company to pay off any debt and provide some cash to bolster the funds

The lawyer has seen the diamonds and the court has signed off on them. So im not worried about them not existing. The key is determining value once they are in VASTs hands for evaluation

there is no guarentee they will update via RNS each stage thogh. It may be they already have the diamonds and they are in process of being evlauted then auctioned off

I think all of that is a non event. The focus is on the non dilutive Philoro funding package wjich is close to be agreed. That then opens this all up again and makes 0.3p look silly cheap. Thats where we start to see it rocket back towards 1p

Currently the CLN just provides some near term cash at 8% pa with no dilution. Which i hink suits everyone

Everyone getting wrapped up on the diamonds. Yea that'll be a lovely bonus once they have them sold. I expect int he ocming weeks they'll be sold but don't forget what else is going on...

If AP drops an RNS saying BP copper production is now breakeven, or cashflow positive then thats an absoutely boomer for a £14m mcap company sitting on £10m-£15m worth of diamonds as well. Gotta be worth another £10m/£20m added onto Mcap looking at peers

And what if they announce they have a stake in Remin assets which were rumoured in November... Imagine if they start developing them and stick them on their balance sheet ha. Multi Billion dollar assets. They were rumoured to be part of a consortium looking to develop them

What the bulls want to see after a 500% rise is a backtest of key levels and consolidation

We got a huge move up from 0.16p to 1.1p highs. Now we are consolidating exactly where the bulls want us to. 0.55p-0.6p is a huge area of support that acted as massive support for months between May 2022 - Sept 2022

To trade and hold back above it is very bullish and suggest bullish continuation in the weeks ahead

Anyone loading up in this area around 0.6p is going to do very well

The price action and the newsflow to come supports a move back above 1p in the not so distant future

Was always going to be a quick trip down that gets bought quickly. The yhave plenty cash now to do what they want to do

The Philoro funding should be next which will really get this heading back to 1p

if they bought in an ISA and went over 3% they will need to TR1. Thats a fact. No different from share trading account

An institution picking up VAST shares is not going to be buying & selling in a single day

Placing shares are not going through. They were sold on Monday 6th Feb into the high volume move to 0.8p. We traded over 3 times the placing stock on Monday alone

What we are seeing now is the same as what we were seeing in the 0.17p-0.22p range in January.

Market consolidating and trying to squeeze as many retail hands to sell as possible. The city wants to be long here and they want the loose stock

Moving it up and down in a tight range just frustrates people and more often than not people sell to chase rainbows elsewhere

These same people will be providing exit liquidity when they all FOMO back in at 1p+ in the weeks ahead

If a fund took part in the placing they would have had to TR1 last week. There is only a 2-3 day window.

And why would an institution buying not show on LSE? Anyone taking a 3% stake in a company will be RNSd in accordance with FCA regulations

If it is true then i expect we'll see an RNS in the coming day or 2.

Certainly feels like someone or an entity has been accumulating this week

Ultimatley when the funding fell through the shareprice dropped from 1p down to 0.3s

Sounds like all is close to being wrapped up and given we are priced to fail at 0.3p the upside is pretty damn attractive.

unsurprisingly looks like we are heading back to 0.4p ahead of Philoro news

The market has calmed down now they have realised its not a death spiral agreement and the shareprice won't be hammered haha

Its a cheaper way for GCAT to get access to cash at only 8% pa whilst they finalise Philoro funding

Waiting for the fuse to be lit and another explosive move to 1p shortly

The CLN will create no headwind. Its just a loan at 8% interest really.

At 0.3p its all priced in anyway. Their gold production and assets are huge and Mcap is silly cheap here

Watch this space as any sniff of non dilutive Philoro funding and it rockets much much higher

Takes weeks if not months to get propsetus approved. Plus even if they can doesn't mean they will. Its easy money in this market enviroment earning 8%pa
