The CLN holder will just be chilling earning their 8% per annum. It gives them the breathing space to get the non dilutive funding sorted. I can see why people think its bad news. But its no big deal.

When the non dilutive funding is sorted with Philoro shortly the shareprice will explode

CLN just gives them some cash till the non dilutive funding kicks in. Judging by RNS it could be very soon and given it’s dropped from 1p down to 0.3s it could get quite exciting here soon

its clear to me. Wouldn't surprise me to see a TR1 as VAST is turning into a real credible play going forward

Coiling nicely as it consolidates ahead of a big big move higher... Not much different from the 0.16-0.22p coiling range

I've taken a swing long in placing at 12.5p. The time is now right. Funding done and lots of catalysts lined up to really get this moving back up again

I'd agree someone didn't want to wait any longer and cleared all the stock out under 5.5p. 10k shares all that left

Lots of mis information spreading... The lawyers have seen the diamonds. This was part of the court conditions. There is no uncertaintity. The diamonds will be in VASTs hands soon as per the agreed court order. When they are in VASTs hand they will be ealuated and then sent to auction to be sold.

This may take a few weeks but we should get an update shortly that they are in their possession.

What i was trying highlight in my previous post was that although the Diamonds are a huge bonus to the company, there is so much else going on as well that could send the shareprice up fast

Risk v Reward here around the placing prices in the 0.5s is VERY good

But hey plenty didn't listen to me saying it was a buy sub 0.2p. I expect plenty will just chase it higher and buy it at 1p+ again when europhia peaks in the weeks ahead

Mcap is £15m with new shares issued

They have approx £2.5m in cash plus £10-£15m worth of diamonds, which regardless of what the derampers say, will be evaluated and sold in the weeks ahead

Debt will be paid down and free cash will likely be £5m+ to focus on further expansion amongst their assets

BP production is due to breakeven shortly and so in Q2 we'll have a profitable Copper mine adding to the company's bottom line. That in itself should add £10-£20m onto the mcap when you look at the number of non producing companies on AIM valued at £10m+

Then you have the multi billion dollar Remin assets which VAST definitely are lining up some involvement in. The Mcap is bigger and they have cash now so expect a transaction to be much easier to announce now.

Takob Mine as well could come as a bonus

All of the above is short term and this could really transform the Mcap & Shareprice.

I favour a consolidation in 0.5s before news blows this out the water again to 1p+

Then watch the buying volume explode. Think we could see 5.5p-6p by tomorrow

I think Financing package is about to be announced. The company has fallen from 1.2p down to 0.3s. Alot of upside if even a sniff of new package.
