Basically the deal is simple:

We are partnering with the developer of a potentially huge US gas field. We can invest in it later, and they can invest in us at 5p.

UPL are to be drilling this year so some major catalysts like the PSC should start landing soon

There are some large buyers lined up both in 80M and in GLND when it lists. Going to be an explosive March and there is no way this doesn't move higher into 18th March

Why are there so many people spouting absolute rubbish

The placing funds were raised for the drilling preparation and the drilling... The enterprise costs are next to nothing so they still have all the funds for drilling

Read the RNS and/or speak to the broker to confirm. Its not hard

There were obviously some delays, but they spent very little money in that period

The great news is that now they have started work, the surveys and geophysical ground work will allow them to target the right areas when the ystart drilling in early Q2. Its going to be an incredibly busy period and i'll eat my hat if they are still trading at 6p and £6m Mcap for much longer. This is the time to position long

There is no downside here as they are cashed up for all of this work. Once drill targets are identified in March they will be doing an exciting drill campaign in April/May with results coming thick and fast. Expect a busy newsflow period in the weeks ahead.

People have forgotten the significance of securing the 30 year Mining Rights on this asset back in November. Thats massive given the £6m Mcap

V3 up to 3p ASK. Way under Bitcoin valuation as well so plenty room to run

People have missed some key points here. Clearly there has been a few months delay getting boots on the ground for the ground-based geophysical survey work, which will pinpoint exactly where they intend to do targeted drilling.

The running costs are very low and streamlined so they haven't spent much at of the £1m GBP raised in November. They are funded to drill, thats what the money was there for.

Expect to see results from the geophysical surveys shortly as only take a couple weeks. Then drilling contractors should be lined up soon and then expecting drilling to start in early Q2 with results filtering through as we go. Going to be a very exciting period from here.

Those selling today are quite frankly crazy and have probably marked the lows. Buyer been sitting on bid hoovering up stock all morning.

Seems they had a few delays hence the 3-4 months fo silence. Now we crack on the ground work followed by drilling. This is significant given the sheer size of the asset v the tiny Mcap of URU. Expecting some fireworks soon

Well that is a very interesting point. However we need to see what deal they are about to do first. But i suspect you are correct on that front. Brian has done this before so has a track record of success
