Licence looks set to land in Feb with Cabinet set to be sorted in a matter of days.

"During my visit to Cameroon in November, made together with our intended partners Prime Global Energies Limited following the announcement of the Presidential election result, we were received by both the Prime Minister and the Director of Civil Cabinet at the Office of the Presidency. They confirmed our understanding, previously disclosed to investors, that the President supports our project, and the approvals will be processed when the new government is in place. Since that visit, we have been waiting for the new cabinet to be announced, so that the documents can be processed by the newly installed officials. In his New Year's speech, the President said the announcement would take place in "days", so we do expect it at any time.

"Since the holidays, we have also been contacted by the Namibian national oil company NAMCOR to confirm the resumption of their due diligence work and documentation for the additional farm-out agreement with Prime for our PEL96 licence.

"In the meantime, we have been working on financing options for the next phase of development for Njonji, as well as carrying out Namibian data acquisition, ensuring the elapsed time is directed in a productive manner, but since time is passing, when our broker offered us some further funds in response to investor demand, we felt it was prudent to accept them."

Lots of catalysts lined up and plenty of cash in bank. Would expect this to easily trade back to 5p range short term

I don’t think their plan is to hold their ETH and continue as a treasury company. The plan is to accelerate growth by exploiting opportunities in the Quantum sector whilst funding it via non dilutive measures to maximise upside and value. This will likely include cashing in on some or all of their ETH position.

Either way can’t really see any downside here given it’s trading close to cash so expect the opportunity to add stock under 1.5p to disappear promptly

If they had lost their gambling licence... Then their website wouldn't be up and open for business. This is derampers and false rumours trying to spook market. Unfounded and i expect this to rebound fast

Its lies. INV had a seller. That 20m print is them clearing. So we should be clear now to run back up. Someone has had a few peoples pants down today. Maybe a last flush or clear out

Its not that hard. Buy the lows with cash in bank and catalysts looming. They were always going to need to raise for this drill. Now we load up and wait for the profits to come. Expect we see 5p+ again pretty soon

"To my reading, it’s £3.7m conventional equity funding (i.e. a cash injection) at 0.90p, immediately.

- £1.5m from the strategic investor;

- £1.0m from a handful of other investors, presumably HNWs;

- £1.2m from creditors, who have opted to be repaid in shares at 0.90p rather than cash payment.

So this cash injection has now occurred at a premium, no strings attached.

The further £6.5m will just occur after the Beisa deal completion. It may be at 1.5p, it may be at 0.5p. Who knows what the SP will do between now and then.

But note that the additional £6.5m is an option, not an obligation.

The only definite we know now is that NEO has just completed a clean raise at 0.90p for £3.7m equivalent.
