Every year they are providing new pdf document in this conference, you will find this document on amc website under latest investor presentation and only after the conference they put this pdf on their website and rns. Me thinks this year is no different...hope this helps

Thanks Tuckman, same thinking here too, why waist money on dfs if, as per amc bod, we are going to go alone and build road, infrastructure, mine etc??? We don’t need to waist millions usd on dfs unless you are planning to put for sale sign, but it then contradicts to current chosen amc plan - get bidding offtake, get teo and proceed to road/mine construction...they may have dfs/bfs etc as plan B but I doubt it is their plan A...:)

Hi Stebol, yes it would be odd to build before TEO not dfs, russians don't need dfs, for them teo is more than enough, but they are not building yet anything. Must be they are making preparations for construction, you don't want to wait til the last minute as it takes time, I am thinking that after teo and cold winter in amur region they will start construction/building of the road. As per various articles posted before and even Robin Young confirmation, amc has got full russian support including low rate loans available, once TEO approved amc will have russian green light to start construction, below is from amc website:
"Low interest loans are available for infrastructure related components of a project. This could include the 320 kilometre long road from the Ulak rail station to the proposed mine site and the tie in to the national power grid at Ulak where it is anticipated that a Company owned concentrate treatment facility may be located"

Cheers all, I think the new licence for LLC Bit com in Kun Magnie is significant development of events. What are they going to do/build there? What are contract terms? Who are ppl behind BitCom...I’ll try to figure this one out, but most important is that they wouldn’t apply for licence just out of interest, things are moving on right direction, just as always - would be great that amc bod would announce such important info instead of us having to dig it out ourself...not enough we invest but and have to keep searching for info...

Everyone was working from home, in Russia we do have that box called laptop or personal computer and we do have internet too...you don’t need to drill, you don’t need to send any bulk samples etc, it is all pc work

What may happen Tuckman on a day of teo rns is that we will get the latest...2018... drilling results and if amc got 20-25% more nickel then in theory the sp should react accordingly. I may be wrong, time will tell:)

8adger, the law changed in russia I believe last year or this year, can’t remember, but if before it was up to 3 months for government to sign it now it is up to 4 - 5 weeks with a target of 3-4 weeks. I posted this info some months ago on advfn.
