Every sp attempt to rise is and was immediately knocked down with some bull**** for a few years now. My report to Far East Development Fund and Russian Far East Ministry is almost ready, just waiting for the next few rns from amc to make a final decision....

British_Mike, I see no problem with russians agreeing the extension, Prime Minister Mishustin recently on a news told the government to work with all businesses who are struggling due to covid, no problem with extension.
I believe the so called “other shareholders” voted AH out, I don’t think it was a simple fall out, it is something bigger or it is simple a way to show Adam his place and he will be back on board soon. We need not to forget that “other shareholders” are the ones behind such decision, I know I shouldn’t say, but the director gone recently was a few years ago involved, with his wife lol:) in corruption scandal in Ukraine, there was investigation and ukrainians were blaming his wife having very close contacts in Kremlin etc...but this is now not relevant as he is gone now.

Ok, let’s forget his wife selling shares, but its not irrelevant, but ok forget it, what did AH do for amc??? Immediate return investment will be, if and only if not more diluted, benefit for amc in 3 years time....3 years is not immediate return isn’t it? Non bidding off take, well I could have found someone too if amc would have paid me over 4 million for “immediate return”...

Yes British_Mike fully agree with you. Amc ( Adam Habib ) did months of diligence and how come he did knew that dilution was on cards just weeks after amc invested millions, I think AH may have had personal interest in this deal hence I will not be sad seeing him go

How do I know??? Read last few rns and you will also know, also it is experience of many years with amc. The bod did not just simply pushed him out, no chance they would risk bidding off take just to push him out. But I agree that we need more clarification

Over the years I have lost confidence in RY but today I do support him! You can not have someone who’s wife selling shares ( doesn’t matter how many ) days before rns and she did it twice, and I have no doubts it was something more than just a simple sale to buy a new handbag...we will never find out what it was but yes Adam lost trust and should go, also he involved amc in to NRR deal where amc got diluted within weeks...so yes - Bravo Mr Young. But I would like to hear at least something what Mr Bowens is doing please?

Construction of a new mining and processing plant in Buryatia received government support

The project for the creation of a GOK for the development of reserves at the Ozernoye deposit (Buryatia) will receive financial assistance from the Far East and Arctic Development Fund (hereinafter - FRDV). This decision was made at a discussion held with the participation of representatives of federal departments, as well as heads of the Far Eastern regions.

The creation of the plant, designed to produce about 600 thousand tons of zinc and 80 thousand tons of lead concentrates, turned out to be among the priority projects along with other measures implemented in the Primorsky Territory, Kamchatka and Buryatia. At the moment, it is planned that by the end of 2021 the main stages of construction will be completed, and three years later, the Ozerny mining and processing plant is expected to reach its design capacity.

The total investment in this project is about one hundred billion rubles. At the same time, FRDV will invest 9 billion rubles in the creation of the mining and processing complex.
