Once again - RY would never ever have admitted they have access to funding!!! Where is RNS to inform shareholders about who are the funding providers - this is price sensitive information and must be put in RNS - or not???
If not me you would not even know AMC is on Priority Russias list and you would not know amc got access to funding so anyone blaming me can stuff …off

2) criteria for the level of preparedness of the investment project:

provision of infrastructure (transport, energy, utilities, social, etc.);

availability of marketing research of sales markets (for commercial investment projects);

availability of confirmed sources of financing for an investment project (credit agreements, loan agreements, decisions on the issue of securities, draft prospectuses for the issue of securities, decisions of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) on investing in an investment project, etc. or drafts of these documents);

degree of readiness (availability of an architectural and planning solution, design and survey work, design and estimate documentation, necessary conclusions, approvals and examinations, land plot, etc.)

In the Amur Region, a large Kun-Manye deposit is being developed, the ores of which contain more than 1% of Russian nickel reserves, but its content does not exceed 0.7%. Inferred resources in the Okrug are significant and are mainly associated with ore occurrences in the Kamchatka Territory, however, they have been estimated so far only in the P2 category. In addition, the predicted resources of P1 nickel were localized in the amount of 225.9 thousand tons of the Russian exploration area in the Pacific Ocean, associated with ferromanganese sedimentary formations, where nickel is an associated component.

The meeting of the head of the region Mikhail Degtyarev with the management of Amur Minerals LLC took place in Khabarovsk. It discussed the details of the project "Construction of a mining and processing plant at the Malmyzhskoye deposit." The volume of gold mining in the Khabarovsk Territory will increase. Copper mining will also resume. Preliminary reserves are estimated at 278 tons and 5.2 million tons, respectively, according to the press service of the governor and the government of the region.
A gold-porphyry copper deposit, large in terms of reserves, was discovered in the Nanai region. From 2006 to 2014, prospecting and appraisal work took place here. Agreements between the administrations of the Nanai and Amur municipal districts and the company have already been concluded. Negotiations were held with public organizations of the indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North. They will be provided with financial support.
A project on social and economic cooperation between the regional government and JSC Russian Copper Company (parent company LLC Amur Minerals) is also being approved. According to it, the investor is ready to participate in the development and implementation of state programs of the region in the fields of education, health care, sports, science, art and culture. They will also support environmental projects.
- I constantly say that we have open doors to the business that is registered in the territory of the region. Accordingly, such entrepreneurs pay taxes here and create new jobs. And another important requirement is social responsibility. You earn money here - invest in schools, hospitals, sports support, - recalled Mikhail Degtyarev.
The mining and processing plant is designed to process 80 million tons of ore annually. It is planned to create more than 2.5 thousand new jobs, adds the press service of the region
