I would like to disagree with you Tuckman regarding the teo having no impact on sp. I believe it will, maybe not immediately, but teo will unlock russian government funding, road funding, infrastructure etc. Teo is a game changer in russia. Cheers

Yes, extensions are available. But russia is not in lockdown, business in russia is usual and been here like this for months, only just a few days ago we had some minor restrictions in public places, even night clubs were fully open til yesterday, since yesterday there are restrictions in Moscow night clubs and restaurants. The government at all levels are fully working, all other businesses are fully working too and for amc to use pandemic as an excuse would be same as just to kill all lth trust. Once again, no lockdown in russia, business as usual and NO excuse for amc not to deliver teo!

In Armenia, near the settlement of Yeraskh, the Azerbaijani military shot down a Russian Mi-24 helicopter. He was knocked off the ground from a portable anti-aircraft missile system outside the war zone, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
The crash killed two crew members, one was evacuated with moderate injuries

War in Karabakh: Russia agreed to provide military assistance to Armenia

The Russian Foreign Ministry said that Russia will provide Yerevan with "all the necessary assistance" if clashes take place directly on the territory of Armenia.

This is stated in a statement released by the Russian Foreign Ministry on Saturday, Evropeyskaya Pravda reports.

"According to the agreement, Russia will provide Yerevan with all the necessary assistance if the military clashes are transferred directly to the territory of Armenia," the statement on the website of the Russian department says.

The statement notes that in connection with the appeal of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to President Vladimir Putin with a request to start consultations in order to determine the type and amount of assistance that the Russian Federation can provide to the Republic of Armenia to ensure its security, "we reaffirm the commitment of the Russian Federation to allied obligations in Of the Republic of Armenia, including those arising from the Agreement on Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia dated August 29, 1997 ".

On October 31, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin with a request for consultations to determine the type and amount of assistance that Russia can provide to Armenia to ensure its security.
