Still, don't you think it's taking a little bit too long now this Mpokoto deal with AK. Wasn't the deal to finance the project with data from the DFS, studies etc. Which good money was spent on over many years to achieve and not to start stripping it down to more than a two stage project and doing those studies again. They've done their DD so what's the delay? You must have an opinion on it!

Good news would be if AK pulled his finger out his rump and moved on with the gold project instead of completing studies that have already been completed by competent persons, in affect wasting the money that was meant to be moving the project forward. Has he actually completed them? Has anybody seen them? You just can't claim everything as good news Dam, this is just more stalling and getting money for nothing.

Hasn't he got his own law firm specialising in mining law?

To be honest can you blame them!!! Seems they checked a few containers a while back at the port and it had more in it than was stated, so it looks like someone's on the fiddle and not playing the game. This is Africa after all, most if not all the countries are corrupt from the top to the bottom. In the ACP's DRC gold project the government has a 20% stake through its government company so why not Tanzania. I would of thought ACP through AK would have more clarity on this with the connections he has, whether that will come out to shareholders soon though is s different matter. End of the day they've thought 'now ssod this! , foreign investments one thing but when they dig it out and ship it out and Tanzania isn't getting very little then things need to change. Things will calm down I presume as more comes to light on the ins and outs of it, but for now it's going to be choppy.
