I don�t need to pick a side of the fence Micksnag it�s good to balance on it. Like i said it�s upto ACP to get the sp up now. They�ve had some good RNS�s this year all of which hasn�t moved the sp, an offtake agreement after potential customers have assessed samples before the latest fund raise money runs out would be a great start. I�d give it approx 6 months or less depending on what FS they aim to start and costs involved. I wouldn�t expect a big one on that sort of money raised when you add in general running costs for the company also.

I�d take heed of what Pumpky says Dam as he is correct, the question is though will ACP have advanced the sp to a less dilutive level by the time the maturity date is reached? Although I do prefer a this funding to a Darwin death spiral arrangement. Just bear in mind that �400k will not last 2 years, as in the RNS heading �funding secured to advance the project ....� not �complete it�. These ships rarely cast off and leave port by the way.

I disagree art, Darwin convert and sell as they go along. These however have the option to convert 10 days prior to the maturity date in 2 years time. 500,000 shares fee issued each drawdown maybe sold though. All in all not a bad way of funding a FS, it�s now upto ACP to get their finger out and complete the FS on time and on budget.

You need to research the Tanzaussie Kabunga through Kabunga Holdings, Kabunga Family Trust etc. You�ll no doubt find Mr Bull and Mr Tunks somewhere in the equation. You might then also find something about KML or AMS.
