Proposed StemPrintER Demerger

The Company continues to advance plans for the potential demerger of StemPrintER to a new company which will be called "AccuStem". The Company is currently seeking tax clearances for the proposed transaction and will then put the proposals to shareholders for approval. The record date for entitlement to participate in any distribution will be a date after the date on which the posting of the circular is announced (and not before). A further announcement will be made in due course.

Seingred, yes some you miss of course we but I’m sure we’ll get similar rises here if we’re patient. Gold stocks good to be in, it’s just choosing the better ones, which I think this is. Still pretty much under the radar versus many others

Great share price increase so far whay with gold price incerasing. I was looking at Caledonia Mining whih has increased more, but this one looks to have more prospects for share price increase from my limited mining knowledge.

If it wasn't for seeing this GCL comment, I would have said this was an MM tree shake and would have held .....it fazed me

Plus the US price just doesnt synch at all now, as you say, probably due to the ADRs conversion, very confusing.
Keep your eye on the prize like most of you have. I always did like TILS portfolio and have followed every day for months. I blindsided myself here....

Just saw the heading, did actually make me smile, even after I have been so wrong about the ATM. Hindsight is great, but I wish I had ignored it, as it has little effect on the rise. Next week would seem to be a hefty premium yes I agree ;)
