I kind of know what you mean but many directors hold positions in a few successful companies at the same time.
That said the Bod are second to none at marketing their assets. I think we might have a bit of a dip tomorrow before the next leg up. I hope I’m wrong of course!

This might sound daft but to people that have been close to TILS for the last couple of months, whether invested or not. What have we learnt that we didn’t know in the company’s locker/portfolio that is new to us?
The two patent are also applications are as is the main London listing. But not too much else I can see rather than how it’s all presented and that word has travelled far wider. The current share price is hugely up of course. I think it’s more about the known assets being better valued ( still way too low) rather than any major new milestones or new stages moved of each drug in the pipeline

Silly question if I may from a LTH as there are many here as I’m a new holder 2016 share price was about 86p. Loads of positive news in the last 6 months especially, plus gold price high. What helped the price to 86p.
What potential assets did Condor have further back that we lost or sold? I can see El Salvador didn’t come to fruition, and no surprise there as nobody can mine metals. Anything else?
Then gold price dropped etc as we know.
If no other assets have gone since then, I’m lost as to why the share price isn’t higher than 2016 (yet)

In reality, unless I missed something, nothing new was raised about Foralumab aside the patent application. Anyway, all the stars are aligned and there really doesn’t seem very much that can stop the share from rising, aside from the odd small pullbacks, MM tree shakes. An amazing company which we all know of course. The future is looking amazing however they choose to split the company or potentially move to NAS. If the U.K/MMs keeps appreciating the company and share price, that might stay in Aim yet .....

The good thing that happened when, as we guess, the US confused opening helped pull up the U.K. price as we saw, even though the US also loved the Covid RNS.
The US then of course dropped back and my guess is they might have been swayed by the UK closing price and they finished above £3. That in turn should again open the U.K. gap up Monday... I think.

Let’s not forget. The US had a $10M public raise at $3 per ADR in March, so I bet a lot of them have been burning through the increased prices the last few weeks/months.

US finished just over £3 in real money

Heaven knows what then happened in the US. I suspect that the US market didn't realise that the ADRS split had happened and looked at the share price, thought "Ey up, TLSA is v cheap" and promptly chased it back up to c$12. Then, having realised what they were doing it just as quickly retraced back down to c$8, where it currently trades.

US at current $7.45 would be £2.83, so closer to us now

I was trying to get to what the opening US price today should have been if it had remained the same as Thursday night.
$12.37 to (x 5 ÷ 12.5) = $4.94 so yes, a massive rise
And I still think the opening surge was many just moving up to the previous price before the penny dropped!

I was dividing the US closing price by 5 ADRs to convert to ordinary shares not mutiplying by 5.
Then trying to calculate the US price today but the easiest thig here is just to look at US price, convert to sterling and divide by 2 -- even I can do that calculation

Lot easier

Bear with me here to see if I have this new ADR calculation correct, as I’m still convinced that on the opening, many ( not all) of the US investors were buying up to the previous price, as they just didn’t understand it.
So they closed at approx $12.37 last night, then see how the price nearly went up to that level ( $11.90) after the opening started at $6.52.
So they held 5 shares which was then increased to 7.5 shares as of this morning.
In effect, that diluted the closing price from $12.37 to (x 5 ÷ 7.5) = $8.24 ( or basically 2/3rds of the original price) 5 over 7.5
So if everything remained the same, the price would be $8.24 is that correct?

With the UK price, last night was $12.37, into dollars at current rate ( just Google the calculator) is £9.45 divided by 5 (ordinary shares) = £1.89 last night.

Now, at the level of 2 to 1 ordinary shares, current US price is $8.18 ( at 5.40pm) equals £6.25 divide by 2 = £3.12.
Have I got this correct, it’s a but long winded I know??

So we would want them to try and stay above $8.00 by close to keep above £3.00 Monday…if the two markets actually match that is!
The % increase at their end is nearly irrelevant today, as they opened at $6.52 ( no idea why so low though bearing in mind all of the above)
