Can I ask, what's the cash position like here and do you think there could be another fund raise? As I note the appointmeent of joint brokers and you know what that often means...

£3 today, so really shouldn't be inticing new buyers in like that today imho

I think the price will go to £2.10 in the next couple of days, then settle before any NEW news.
So if you hold under £1 or even £1.50, you won't lose any sleep but anyone in the £2.20 plus level a but more of a tougher situation to sit out....

I can't see the US paying more than a 20% premium to the huge raise price, so that's around £2.40. Then what new news can the bod put out in the next couple of weeks to hold the price? They've already re-spun recent news a few times, so at a pure guess, we might be seeing £2.20 ish by then end of the week, hopefuly no lower.

What he said and last week’s RNS would have been better not to mention no UK raise and then immediately do a US one. It’s a little mischievous imo but will move the company forward on all the projects. Nothing on Stem though....even if due to be spun off

They are so crafty the bod. No raise required just last week, but not in the UK. Of course, they always do in the US through ADS....I did think they would raise but just not this early. See last time thed did one in March at $3 when 5:1 ratio. But prices all dived mid March.
Admission will be through an introduction of the existing Ordinary Shares. The Company will not be issuing new shares in conjunction with the proposed Admission or the publication of the related prospectus, and has no current intention to raise capital through the issue of new shares in the UK.

—-I don’t believe that is the case short term as the original huge spike was I’m sure due to people buying up to near the Thursday closing price as they didn’t appreciate the dilution of the ADRs going to 2 to 1 ratio hence lower price. Can’t be sure of course but saw some comments to that effect on social accounts
