Tom, I'm no expert, but it's all to do with brokers looking after preferred clients and maintaining an orderly market. They probably needed to fill the order with some sells. Think they can delay such trades for three trading days, but not sure on that.

Pretty sure it's a T20 trade, a sell followed by a buy with a minimal spread and timed very close together. The holder will sell into any rise, or will sell and buy back again within the 20 day period.
