Russky, it's all in the rns: The Company's proved plus probable ("2P") reserves also decreased by approximately 13.8% from April 30, 2014. These decreases are due mostly to the sale of the Company's historical Wharton County, Texas production and lower commodity pricing. According to the Reserves Report, the Company's PDP value increased by approximately 32%, and despite the decrease to 1P reserves, the Company's 1P value increased by 8.8% from April 30, 2014, due to a higher percentage of oil/liquids production.

Sharesplease, if efh sold them then in effect they are gambling that the sp will go down over those three years. I firmly believe that efh do not sell the shares, it does't make any sense. However, bloggers and posters will post different views to me and will use the speculation to short any company that used the efh facility. What is needed is for EFH to release something to the media stating the exact position re shares used as loans. I have no position in opay, though next week see the fall here as a great buying opportunity, good luck.

Davidelliott - the market didn't look negatively on these deals until qpp board did it. The only way bloggers could criticise qpp was to have a go at any others that had done something similar. There's probably some ftse100 boards that have done it.
