Thank you for all the great posts on here.

One thing I saw recently was Bamps disagreeing with you re funding H with debt, instead of free cash flow. I understand that debt can come with strings attached, however, if we could obtain good terms with a favourable interest rate, wouldn’t it be better to build H with others money and put the cash flow to work at O’C or other sites of future growth? Or even pay a one of dividend? Something like that would make a lot of people surely take notice and a retake would occur.

I’m just spit balling here and I know nothing about funding a mine development, but in the mad debt filled world it would seem like a good idea to just spend other peoples money when we can.

Sageman +1 I cannot understand the moaning, we have ripped this year and the situation needs more information to progress further.

The tungsten is one of the most interesting future developments imo. I have no idea how to value that at the moment, but it is something I will be looking into in detail over the next few months.

Nos - you older guys bought all the houses, got to leave something for us!

Bijouboy - I would love to get some more shares but I am wayyy to over positioned in GGP. 90% in the ISA's. The rest of my money is in a sensible pension index tracker. If I had an advisor they would call me a fool but I have convinced myself over the last two years that this is a great company to own.

Long time lurker here. GGP has been my first 'big' trade. I slowly built a position around 6p to 7p (old money) and now hold around 25,000 shares (av cost £1.4 new money). We all need a plan for when to draw down, but I am relaxed, I understand the future growth and will be holding this position for many years to come. One day I hope to had my son a degree of generational wealth that I was never provided and teach him about real value, how to identify it and how capital can be used to create freedom.

Congrats to all on this journey with me, and thank you to all the different views on this forum. Much respect for the main guys, you know who you are.
